Appearance: up to adopter! I had some ideas, but I think I'd rather let people come up with a design! Description of original parent:
"...an enormous alien creature some eleven feet tall and colored in mottled grays. Its thick hide was almost armor on its own; it was bulky, with its skin thickening into a keratinous, crab-like shell around its body. Eight huge, thick legs--like pillars, and somewhat resembling those of an elephant or a rhino in general appearance--had one too many joints, curling downward and inward like those of a spider or a crab. Two large, soulful eyes in aqua hues peeked out from within the shell. The creature was a filter feeder with gills, capable of living on land or underwater, with limited, involuntary bioluminescence that danced across its skin to indicate mood."

Design: I think I’m going to leave this to be randomized, or use one of Gort’s ideas, but if it is randomized I just have 3 requests! 1) at least the size of a medium to large dog please <3 2) inherits efflu’s ability to grow temporary body parts from the things it eats!

Personality: ANEMIA is a jealous beast. It is ugly, unlovable, a mind enshrined within a hideous, horrific pile of flesh, and it knows this all too well. It craves the beauty and love afforded to other denizens of the caves, and is prone to spiteful fits of rage where it tries to destroy such beauty and tear them down to its own level. This inevitably involves lots of blood and messes of meat. It also tries to “become pretty” by eating things it thinks are prettier so that it can grow their pretty body parts on itself. These attempts inevitably devolve into fits of howling rage and shrieking sadness and disappointment when the body parts never turn out to be as pretty as it hoped.

Despite this, it was born with a shy and almost kind nature. It feels much sympathy for creatures it regards to be as or even more ugly and pathetic than itself, and will try to help them. When it sees a Gembound in distress, its first instinct is to render aid, even if it is overcome by its more violent urges after the fact. Most of the time, it avoids others, fearing rejection, though it craves affection and acceptance. It may lose control of its emotions and attempt to reach out, but may quickly turn violent or incredibly sad if rejected.
