The owl stood by the water's edge with a sigh, watching the two figures a little away. She hadn't seen Adeyemi so nice to a featherless creature before. It almost startled her. ... Almost. The owl was unfortunately, permanently expressionless. She fluffed her feathers up a little before she turned to take a sip of water with a hollow sigh.

When she turned back around Adeyemi was making a pathetic attempt to lift the little creature. She shook her head in silence, almost glaring at the turaco from a distance. Of course, she couldn't hold it for long - such a rarity was the bird's kindness.

Willow began to make her way back to her companion, watching in silence for a moment. "is she not co operating?" she asked quietly, leaning towards Adeyemi as not to disturb the Devil. "If she does not want to come then she may not be thirsty. She does not seem able to speak."

Willow lifted one wing to preen the dull white feathers, quiet as she awaited a response. She wasn't too sure what to do with the tiny creature they had found - children were after all not part of her forte. Unless they were bigger, of course - as evident from Feral and Delphine.
