ORIGIN - my, how big it is!

Akshayaa stared up at the giant mushroom in front of her. She’d never imagined it was as big as it was… She’d been looking at the top of it for quite some time, and had finally decided to go over and check it out. Had she known it was called The Monarch, she would have agreed that that was the perfect name for this fungus. She didn’t even know mushrooms could grow to be so large! She slowly approached the thing, and felt the gem at her throat hum as she attempted to access her Magic. She had wanted to know, for some reason, if maybe the mushroom was more alive than a regular plant. She didn’t yet understand that she was feeling a Gembound’s gem when she cast her Feeling spell, which is what she had come to call it in her own mind. Otherwise, she would never have attempted the cast in the first place. Mushrooms, of course, didn’t have gems.

But she guessed she would never know if the mushroom was Alive or not, because her spell-cast failed anyways. With a small sigh, she sat down and craned her neck up at the thing. It was beautiful, in its own way. She happily continued to study it, with nothing better to do, completely unaware that there was someone else in the room near her…

Despite running into a few characters, German had decided to stay near the area he was born and consider it his home. The pools within the mossy caves were enough for him to be satisfied with swimming, despite knowing that sometime soon he'd want a bigger playground to roam around. Most days, he'd attempt to practice his magic, but the majority of the time, it failed and only made him angrier. Having just awakened from his slumber, the mink was in no mood to be in contact with more residents around the lands. Of course, life didn't go his way and the sound of an intruder was heard from within his ear canals. Popping his head up, the angry little guy decided to stalk whoever entered the area - perhaps he'd get to taste their flesh. A good bite should send them scattering!

Scurrying around the floor, German made extra attempts to keep silent and use the many forms of foliage around him. As he snuck closer, his purple eyes targetted the ugly beast in front of him. The girl seemed to be completely oblivious and focused on something else. Having the advantage, the boy scurried closer before managing to sneak up mere centimeters behind her. Oh. It was so tempting... a small grin spreading across his face, he opened his maw for a moment, razor sharp baby teeth ready to pierce the thick hide of this unknown creature's tail that was sticking out of its ugly butt.

A successful aim, the minks teeth chewed into the tail of the stranger, both his hands holding onto it as if it were prey. "DIE INTRUDER!" he would yell out right before his bite was successful.

“OWWW!” came the very loud screech of a very angry and terrified Tasmanian Devil. She yanked her tail out from whatever had just bitten it, which hurt even more because she had to drag her tail through a set of sharp teeth. As she spun around, eyes wide, to face whatever it was, the earth began to shake like it always did when she was super emotional about something. This one was particularly strong. Maybe she was getting better at her Magic? But that wasn’t important right now. What was important was figuring out why the fuck this little shit had decided to randomly bite her for no reason!

“What the fuck??” she screamed at him, backing away as the ground continued to tremble. She had to go slowly since the mini earthquake was making it hard to walk properly. “What the fuck is wrong with you? Who even are you?? Leave me alone, you fucking asshole! You want me to bite you? Stones!”** The little thing was about the same size she was. He was a white furry thing with purple eyes and a pissed off expression and she was determined to get the hell away from him. Why did this kind of shit always happen to her??

**”Stones!” said the way people angrily say “Jesus Christ!” or the like.

Of course, the stranger didn't react kindly to her tail being pierced by sharp needles, and soon he'd find the tail slipping right out of his maw - in turn, he'd react by bouncing backwards a bit and posed into a ready-to-go stance. Immediately, the weird shaped badger-mole like creature turned around with the most evil face he'd ever seen other than himself. Before he could even spout out his usual nonsense, the girl had beaten him to it and he just merely listened, wide eyed and even.. impressed that someone could have such a temperament. Grinding his teeth, a tremble began to happen beneath his feet and he would attempt to grasp the ground as best as he could. "What the...?" he murmured in the fray of the devil's words.

After the raging girls melt down, German had found himself backed away even further, not understanding this ... moving ground, and even a bit afraid of it. There was even a small chunk of rock that broke off from the ceiling and hit him right on top of the head. "OW, WHAT IN THE HELL!?" he swore under his breath, eyes now growing irate once more. Not afraid of this bigger mammal, the foreigner was quick to bounce right back into her face and yell at her loudly, "What's the big idea?!? This is MY home! Stop breaking it!!" Well, he didn't have a permanent home, but he considered this whole world his home - truthfully, the pools of water he came across a couple days ago was where he mainly slept, but he would not tolerate some stranger to come in and start collapsing the whole area!

Aksha started to laugh when the chunk of rock fell on the weasel’s head. I mean, he totally deserved it, right? He’d bitten her tail. It was only fair he get hurt now, too, right? Now, if he’d started bleeding, or been knocked unconscious or something, then she would have been super worried and felt terrible. As it was, she didn’t actually have much time to laugh because a few seconds later he marched right up to her, demanding that she “stop breaking his home.” His home? She’d been here first! Sure, he might have come to Eridanus first, been born sooner. Or not. She didn’t know, but she wasn’t about to ask him!

“Listen to me, ya little shit!” she growled at him. “You bit me! You started it! What’d you want me to do? Congratulate you on being a dick and biting other Gembounds on the tail? Ahaha. No. Now get the fuck outta my face or I’m gonna bite it off.” In truth, as these words left her mouth, some part of her became terrified that he would call her bluff and beat her up. Sure, she was a little spitfire, but she was tiny and rather bad at defending herself. Soooo, this could end up going horribly for her, all things considered…
