It was a calm day in Pegasus. The weather had been getting warmer lately, but a crisp breeze kept Anala comfortable as she made her way along. It was rare that she wasn't in a rush, but something about today's weather inspired laziness. She wasn't hungry, she wasn't thirsty, she wasn't bored. Just pleasantly comfortable as she picked her way along the edge of the forest towards Draco. She had not forgotten her goal in her ambling, of course, but she was also in no rush. Anala did not know much about the group she was hoping to meet there, aside from the usual: rumours. She lived off of them lately, chasing shadows and whispers into new caves daily. She wondered if what she had heard of the Chaos Forge was true.
A sound from the forest made her ears twitch, and she stopped admiring a particularly determined group of ants to search for its source. It was little more than the breaking of a stick, not uncommon in a forest, but she was not often in Pegasus and knew little of the lessers in the area. She hoped it was nothing dangerous here to ruin her good mood. Maybe it was a greater? She had been on the lookout for others to invite to her event. It wouldn't be very fun if there was no one to fight, after all, and the threat of Mother was a very real thing to consider as well. She needed... Security. Not necessarily of the bodyguard variety, she was opening the event to anyone, but... Well, corruption was cleared more easily than infection.
"Hello?" She called into the trees, hopeful.

Aran hums as he moves through Pegasus. One of his favorite caves aside from Eridanus. He stalks through the trees slowly like a predator hunting prey - only Aran is the prey. He can protect himself from pretty much anything if the Deinocornus have anything to say about it. Remembering the fight makes him shudder. It's still a shame that the second stone did not take.
His hoof kicks a rock as he moves. There's a voice somewhere nearby.
Aran turns toward the sound. It's an unfamiliar voice, but he's never been that much afraid of other gembound anyway. The Barasingha approaches.
A normal greater, he notices. Not so common anymore, he notes.
"Hello." Odd to be randomly yelling but, whatever. "Are you looking for someone?"

"Yes!" Anala was quick to respond, relief laced in her voice. Despite being a predator, she still had plenty to fear in the caves, even if it was subconscious. "Hello," She said again, a little more sure this time. "I'm Anala. I'm setting up a sparring arena in Orion, soon! The Forum." She added, launching into her advertisement as if it was the most natural thing in the world to do when first meeting a gembound. "I was looking for people to invite! To fight, to act as security, to prevent... infection..." She paused, eyeing up the approaching gembound. Was infection as visible as corruption was? She had little experience with either side, so far. She only hoped it would all work out in her favour. "Not that I know how to do that yet-" She was losing her momentum, sinking into herself. Did she bite off more than she could chew? She still had so much to do.
She knew that some magic had an impact, but little more than that was known to the wolf for the time being. "I'll figure it out, though! Would you be interested in signing up?" She smiled, excited for the event despite her concerns. She'd work it out! She always did! "There might be prizes! And there will be free food!" She added, hoping the incentive would be more convincing than her failed speech. Maybe she would collect some stones or something, as rewards? She hadn't figured that part out yet either.
