ORIGIN - Well, I started out down a dirty road

A beautiful chrysalis shatters, slow and careful, a small crack snapping across the whole egg like creation before slowly it began to crumble, a small snoot pushing out, sniffing a few times before he pushed out into the world, curious and excited.

He lifted his head and looked around for a moment, feeling something stir within his chest before suddenly two little wisps began to twist and twirl around him, his face lighting up as he watched them. He pawed at the creations for a moment before he noticed them twirling down the tunnels and he followed behind quickly, his paws stumbling and his long fur shaggy and unkempt.

Yew wanders - she'd recently awoken after hibernating for... Some cycles. She's unsure how many, but wondering won't solve the soreness in her limbs. After a while, the chrysalis becomes too small to hold her, too... Encasing. She knows it's the point, but she still can't help but dislike it. Especially on her wings.

As she wanders, there's the familiar sound of a chrysalis breaking. She'd know it anywhere - any of the cave's members who've been alive for more than a few cycles would know. She approaches the sound languidly - it can take some time for them to hatch. When she arrives, there's a little pup walking around.

It doesn't look like a wolf - the shape bringing back no bad memories. "Hhello Li-tt-tle th-i-nng"

It's times like this that Yew wished she could get her thoughts out properly. It feels like every word takes effort to get out, but she's been trying all this time to make it work properly. "A-are you lo-ssss-t?"

He had continued to travel with the little wisp, stumbling over his own paws for a moment until he came to a halt, almost completely running into the creature at first.

He quickly looked up at the stranger, cocking his head to the side curiously. He was cautious but welcoming, his tail wagging gently over his back where it remained curled. He...llo. He was getting used to everything, talking, walking, living and it was quite a lot at once. Taking a few steps closer to the creature, he stumbled for a moment, trying to gain his balance once more before he finally spoke again.

He swayed slightly for a moment before shaking out his fur, taking a moment to regain his composure, what little he had as such a small pup, before answering. I just... got here. Who are you? He cocked his head to the side curiously, looking up at her with large, wide, curious puppy dog eyes.
