ORIGIN

She moved towards the water's edge, sitting there for a moment as she watched the water's edge. She could see them under the surface, fast, bright purple fish swimming in a small group. These would be perfect, though she would have to wait and bide her time a bit more, since they could easily startle and bolt.

After taking a few moments, she slapped at the water as one got a bit too close to the surface, hitting it and smacking the wiggling body onto the side of the shore. Yes! Now it was time to swiftly kill it so that it didn't suffer more than necessary.

She placed her paw on the fish's side, trying to use her freeze ability in order to kill it easily while also preserving it for transportation. However, nothing seemed to happen and she frowned slightly. Oh well, that would be okay. she didn't expect to have the fish in her bag for super long anyway, so it shouldn't get all gross.

Using her maw, she quickly killed the fish, swift and efficient while also being relatively clean about it too. There, that would work. She took a moment to look at the fish, mentally measuring it to be a little more than a foot long. It was large for her to carry, so she slipped it into her bag at her side and used that to carry it back, shifting to accommodate for the new weight against her side.
