Everything except romance!
Specifics:
Mentors and/or parent figures, someone to teach him the cave's history and everything else he needs to know. Can be either good or bad influences.
Friends his age/near it, he needs people to hang out with! Play, eat, run around together and get into trouble.
Someone to fear, he needs to learn the caves can be...rough, at times. Best learn it young before anything happens to him.
Anything else you can think of! He's very flexible! I have a general idea in mind for his adult personality but I'm very willing to go with the flow.
