Timir considered. "I don't know," he admitted, after a moment. "I think you must ask... Master Vargas." The hesitation was born purely of him dutifully summoning the Master's title from his own lethargic memory; he was still growing, after all.

"Maybe you can come with us. It would be nice," he added, brightening. He could introduce Athebyne to Tsvetok! They could be a TRIO of friends, and go to war together! How delightful!

He considered, then peered at the draconic creature. "Do you want to fight now, too?" he asked hopefully. "We have to train. Fighting is training. We just don't kill each other. Because we have to go to war," he explained. They could not go to war if they were dead; that was just basic logic.

@Athebyne

Behind it, her tail flicked impatiently. She wanted to go to this war, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to join any kind of...what was it, group? Army? She didn't want to be controlled. She wasn't really chaotic, she didn't think so at least.

"Hm. Okay. I'll ask them. But yes, I'd like to go." She wasn't sure about nice, but Timir was nice and if he was going then maybe it would be fun! If they could stretch their legs and show off in battle, that just sounded to her like a great time. "I will have to get ready for it."

That was something she had felt like she'd been born with - a need to be stronger. She'd always felt potential. She just needed to unleash it. Already she was almost glowing with her excitement for a brawl, even if it was a practice one. She leaned forward, tail curled with the delight that didn't quite show in her eyes. "I do want to fight. That sounds like fun. But I do not want to hurt you. Is there a way to fight without hurting?"

@Timir

Timir thought about this for a long moment. "I can take you back with me? When I go? To Draco. That is where he lives," he explained. He then shook himself out, doglike, stray flakes of Canis's dust pluming out from his oily mane. It seemed an idle gesture, and a comfortable one, like he didn't feel the need to be wary or stand on ceremony now with Athebyne. But he was back to thinking about the question. "I think... just nothing that would kill? But... fire." His muzzle crinkled up in confusion. "I guess you can't set someone on fire and it--and have it not hurt." He rephrased halfway through, then looked around and brightened.

"We could practice magic on things? There's a lot of-..." (hesitation, as he looked around) "...bones?" A long, glowing tongue lashed out to lick his muzzle as he calculated. "At least fifty. You could try to set them on fire? And I can use wind to make the fire stronger?" He looked back at Athebyne hopefully. "It isn't... a spar. We could spar but. I don't know how you burn someone without really hurting them."

@Athebyne

Hm, yes, Timir had a good point. It stared at him, at the skin and fur that would probably burn pretty bad. It didn't really care to do that unless they were at odds, and they were not as far as he knew. "Take me there? Sure. Do I have the join the chaos...um, forge?" You know what, she did want to talk about that. "Wait, how do you forge chaos? Is there a forge there? Do you make it?" She tried to imagine what a chaos forge would look like and all she could think of was big teeth or just a mess of...stuff. Unsure. She was not very creative at this point in life.

It looked out to the bones, frowning. Sure, they could do that, but that sounded kind of boring. But it figured it was just practice, right? Practice would probably be boring. "Yeah that could work I guess. I can't create big fires though, but I do want to try something out. I have been thinking." It bounded forward, a few feet from Timir and began to paw some bones out of the way, clearing a small space where the ground was exposed. It touched the stone with its paw, which glowed faintly for a moment as her magic caught the rock. She turned and returned to Timir's side, flicking her tail in its direction. "Ok. Throw a bone there. Don't get close, it should explode." Her eyes were wide and interested, turning back to see if it would work.

@Timir

Chaos Forging. Yeah, he didn't really get it, either. "I don't know if you have to join," he answered, honestly. "I don't think so. I had to join for free training. But that was just for training. I think." And the rest... "I don't know about... forging. I think it's--metaphorical?" he said slowly, trying out the long word. "They're doing something to make more chaos. Like with wars. But I don't think they make... actual chaos... stuff." Admittedly, Timir wasn't a blacksmith, but he was pretty sure one didn't create Chaos metal and so on. He didn't know the whole thing about the nest, and training and all that, but he sort of understood the periphery around it, grasping the vague knowledge and concept without understanding the specifics.

Throw a bone? Timir looked at the spot, then at Athebyne, confused and a little doubtful. But he dutifully turned, casting around among the remains here until he spotted a nice thick femur. Bone selected, he turned back, lobbing it with an underhanded throw that looked bizarre on his almost canine anatomy, reinforced with a brief blast of wind to carry it to the center of the spot that Athebyne had indicated.
