Diem arrived with very wide eyes. The flickering purple probably fit the mood, but despite the hooded black cloak, bird-skull face, glowing eyes and black-feathered wings, there was really nothing creepy about Diem Dark. Not here, not now, not surrounded by hulking Chaos monsters triple her height and quadruple her length.
"Fuck, they're all huge," she muttered, and the skull-face broke into a grin.
She cleared her throat, gesturing down the path as she began to make her way, flanked by Valkhounds and... fluffy moth-creatures (pretty!) and... wow. She peered up at Virosa in particular. "Love the design," she said, eyeing Virosa over with naked admiration. Her eyes lingered on the antlers, then the back spines. "You too, man that's cool," and this was directed at Gaheris. Her flickering gaze went to Marigold, birdskull upturned in a grin, so that she tripped on the broken path and very nearly fell.
"Shit. Eyes on the road, dumbass," she muttered to herself, and then corrected herself with a finger in the air, "No! Be nice to yourself. Eyes on the road, you can do better. Okay. Let's do this. What is it, a monster up ahead? -A real one, I mean. There was that time with all the monsters. ...A few times. Or a maze, maybe? ...Looks haunted," she observed, and there was excitement in her tone. She clutched the satchel at her side, striding cheerfully for the dark.
