ORIGIN - Lesson Zero

Everything was growing around him, his first beast was learning what was to be done quite nicely. Collecting and planting berries but this new one. Well, it knew nothing yet.

Time for it to learn.

After watching Beast do his normal thing for a little while he turned and followed the scent to the other nameless thing. His eyes searched but at first could uncover nothing. He knew the thing was here, perhaps... Inside of the broken building ahead? Yes. That's where filth liked to hide. His ears and antlers raised as he stood tall, hoping to cow the creature before it even had a chance to come out. "Come out, you filthy rat! You will start work today and learn to purge the evil that is within you!" He stomped a hoof in the dirt demanding that the serval come from its hiding place. One thing was for certain, it did not want Hasira to come in after him.

I'll open my HEART and I'll find the WAY

Sadness. Confusion. Dustin was nursing himself, he had been so traumatized by that event and he had rocked himself to sleep that night. Everything wasn't making sense, he thought the world was good, but he had figured out very quickly it was bad. Pressed up against a crumbling wall of the building, the chimera split serval was shaking terribly. His sensitive pink eye squinting shut as the light appeared to be increasing in intensity. Perhaps that was just him being delusional. That beast, he had never seen a creature like it before and he didn't want to see it again.

Then he heard it calling for him. Whimpering, he didn't understand what it all meant, he called out in answer, "I-in here." Not really sure how to address him, he didn't address him all. Just waited for those piercing black hooves to come hailing down on him once he entered. That white lion cub hadn't been hurt, but he had the black one had, he wondered what it all meant. But he was sure it was going to come out sometime. Not really sure what removing his evil was, as he thought he didn't have any evil, he stood up and tried to also close the gap between the two of them.

He waited for a moment, listening for the voice of the cub. He wasn't kept waiting too long as the cub confirmed that he was within the building, hiding. Angered the stag thrashed his antlers in the air and stomped a hoof on the ground. "I know you are in there, fool! Come out or I will come in there and trust me, you do not want me to come in there after you, rat! You have until the count of three before I come in and show you the meaning of pain!" His eyes narrowed and he lowered his head, peering at the entrance of the building.

"One." He gave a snort and thrashed his antlers again.

"Two." He pawed the earth preparing to charge. If that cub didn't come out asap then there would be trouble.
