Quietly Arete tossed the idea around in her mind. There was several ways to get to Canis from here, but there was only one quick way. "It wouldn't be too far of a walk from here..." Shaking her thoughts her attention was pulled back to Dark when he inquired about a bat and her tail twitched as the owl presented her with images of what he would look like. A deep, purring hum escaped her as she pondered over this fascinating creature that had been bestowed to her. "No, I am afraid I have not seen this friend of yours. That does not mean he may not be in Canis...but the image you have given to me looks like he may in fact be in Eridanus or Cetus. If he stays there that is," She commented as she turned her gaze down to the feathered friend.

"If you would like, I could help you look for him. I do travel to all the caves and visit them for a short while. I'm sure he would be in one of them," Of course it would be an interesting time trying to find such a small creature, but Arete had no doubt she would do just fine in that. They would just have to pick the best option and go from there. It would be no trouble at all to assist this feathered friend. After all, she would not be staying here in Pisces for long anyways. "Would you like to go look?" Again she offered him the option and if he agreed, she would carry on from there and see where he would think to look first. If he had not a clue, perhaps they could just search the next closest cavern.

Dark was a naive and trusting bird, and so when the tigress many times his size offered to take him from his home in search of another blind friend, he chirped with joy and with a flap of wings, swept up to land on the big cat's head. He was probably aiming for her back, but being blind, missed completely. He was careful with his talons, turning to shuffle--wobbling--to face forward, or what he thought was forward but was more of a sideways/backward direction.

This was more than he could have hoped for! He'd hoped for her to simply keep an eye out--but a new friend willing to search with him?!

"Yes! Let's search. Let's travel!" he hooted excitedly, flapping his wings briefly. Then he settled down, clicking his beak, apparently fully believing that Arete was to be his mighty steed--wherever it was she was taking him.

Rounded ears splayed out to the side as the owl suddenly launched at her and a soft laugh escaped her as he settled easily atop her head. A gentle purr escaped her as she slowly rose to her paws. His excitement was rather contagious and with a slow nod, mindful not to throw him off balance, the tigress agreed. They would set out and search for this friend of his. Perhaps they would find them, but perhaps they wouldn't. They wouldn't find out if they continued to sit around here.

With a small flick of her long tail the tiger turned and set her gaze towards the tunnel that would lead out of Pisces and to the room of lush green. There were only two places that had trees and foliage. She would start with Eridanus. "Alright, let's go," She grinned as she turned and headed her way towards the exit.
