"Yes. Fly." He harked happily at the idea, but the joy was somewhat short-lived given that he was quickly told he had to wait. He lifted a wing to examine his own little feathers. It was true, as far as things went in this strange new world he was a newborn, his feathers still stumpy and scarce, his body still small and meek.

It was sad, to find that he needed his feathers to be ready before he could fly, he hoped he would grow quickly and that Eve would still be there to teach him when he was older. "Gotta wait," he repeated quietly before looking up at eve with his bright eye and softly glowing gemstone. "Eve wait too?"

The crow nodded, at length. "I didn't have to wait too long," she said. "You'll get bigger, too! There's someone like us who is very big. You might grow up to be bigger than him, maybe."

The crow squawked somewhat. She had believed that when she was only a cycle old that she too would become bigger than the dreaded big-voice. Look at her now - with the pathetic wingspan of about two feet. She knew she wouldn't get much bigger now - she had been this measly size for a while now. Regardless, she gazed evenly at Ryuk. "I can teach you lots of other things," she chirped.

"Is there anything else you'd wanna learn? I can show you how to be loud, or how to hunt, if it be for food or for shinies." There was a short pause as an idea seemed to simply spring into the corvid's head. "I could show you my shinies?"
