Zevruu could feel that the time had come. It was time for him to emerge from his chrysalis. Cracks began to appear in the chrysalis as it began to break. Fragments fell off, and soon, the Serval had emerged. Shaking off any fragments that clung to his fur, the small Serval began to look around. Light reflected off of crystals, providing the Serval with light to see with. He continued to look around, taking in the sights around him. The walls were covered with streaks of white quartz. Large, pristine crystals appeared to sprout from the ground. Nobody, as far as he could tell, was nearby.
The Serval pricked his ears as an animal came up to him. He tilted his head as she got nearer, and slowly blinked. "Hi..," he murmured quietly. "Y-yeah, I am new." He cautiously watched the dingo, wondering what she would do. He continued to look around, trying to get used to the new surroundings.

Zevruu thought a little bit, before replying, "Zevruu." The serval then slowly began to get up, and wobbled around. He wasn't used to walking, having just emerged from the chrysalis. He slowly walked around, sniffing the crystals and anything else that was nearby. He fell over a couple of times, letting out a startled squeak each time.

Zevruu fell over once more. Letting out a quiet huff of annoyance, he rose. He was falling over less often now though, so that was an improvement. He then lightly jumped as a cold nose pressed against his fur lightly. Looking over his shoulder, he saw the dingo curiously watching him. He then continued to explore. Once the little kitten was satisfied, he sat down and looked up at the dingo, unsure of what to do now.

Zevruu sat awkwardly for a bit more. He could see the dingo's tail wagging slowly. And then, all too fast, she was in a different stance. The sudden movement made the kitten jump in surprise, and stare warily at the dingo. After a moment's hesitation, when Zevruu realized she meant no harm, he began to slowly pad up to her as she rolled onto her back. He then stared back curiously.
