TENNESSEE
"Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam,
Where the deer and the antelope play"
Where the deer and the antelope play"
It had been a few days since he and Cayenne had decided to help him out with his project and already he felt more motivated and more ready to take on the challenge. For now he left off trying to tame the deer and moved on to Eridanus to make some baskets to carry in the first haul of dirt. It would be difficult on his own but he would manage, especially with Daisy at his side. The Red Rat couldn't carry much but what she could carry would help. So, with the mindset that he could do anything the lemur moved around Eridanus by flinging himself through the trees and picking up vines that he needed. Before long he looked less like a lemur and more like some sort of plant monster. It was by this time that he decided he had collected enough and then lowered himself down to sit beneath a tree where he began to cut and weave and bite the vines into baskets. It was very slow going but with sheer determination he was able to make one small basket, an experimental one that he would tie to Daisy.
"See? This'uns yers, Daisy-girl." He picked it up and showed the Red Rat who looked up with disinterest before curling back up into a ball. During his basket-weaving the rat had showed up to nap next to him. The lemur gave a small laugh before petting her and setting back to work. Time to make some more baskets.
