The little bronze blob shuffled around after her encounter with Mi'da. Well she took the wrong turn while he was supposedly leading her somewhere? Miza didn't quite understand that so she would just prance around and test her own body. How it worked, how far it jumped, how high and just how much she could endure. Little bobbed tail flicked behind her while long pointy ears flicked around. Small paws pushed off the ground with grace and landed with elegance. Fiery eyes locked on the distance and sometimes on the ground to make sure she won't face palm anything. When her eyes fell over a rock coming out of the wall, not too high and not too much, but it should hold her small body, right? I will reach it... She murrs to herself in her mind. Eager to get up there and sit regally at the top. Rump pushed up in the air and front part lowered to the ground. The ruby on her chest lightly touched the ground. Tail flicked once and after a few more minutes of gathering her confidence she pushes off of the ground and paws separate gripping the rock. It wasn't so tall after all. Probably Mi'da could reach it if he stretched his... neck? Body? Well both of them up. Back legs pushed against the rock and she was finally at the top. A small proud smile came upon darkened lips and her rump met the stone surface. Chest puffed up and her back leaned slightly against the wall. Ears pointed forward and eyes looked at the ground below. She was the princess that will soon be the queen! It's so nice he'e. I'm lik' a princes'. She thinks to herself and wiggles her butt bit in a more comfortable position. Her body even though small showed elegance and grace who will be treasured and cared for when she grows up. Just as long as she is away from the water...

I KILL, THEREFORE I AM
Only difference between himself and everyone else was he understood that they were all moving rocks. That there was an end to the caves and then they just hit wall. No one had yet touched the sky of Origin cave and his longing for a set of wings to just touch the ceiling. Some indication that his maddening thoughts made sense. His pessimistic outlook wasn't just him hating his own life. But he did, and he took it out on everyone else. Feeling blood spill on his paws was his enjoyment, but he had only murdered one truly sentient gembound. He had gotten a taste, and no longer was he satisfied with the rats and mice that crossed his path. One day, he would find the opportunity, but that kernel of decency inside him continued to fester, and he hadn't yet committed the deed since that fateful day.
Head down as he entered the adit, he spotted the sweet child as she sat perched so daintily on the rock. So proud and so innocent. It sickened him, Louie's one eye gently wandered over the precious kitten. "Gemling. Your hatch day was so recent." It had been a long time since he'd had witness to such fresh blood in Origin. Forever the cave was populating, but when your light was extinguished who was there to care?
AND I AM WHO I AM
Miza was lost in thoughts how she would be Queen and she would be proud of herself. Doing great deeds and making someone who cares proud. Problem was, did she have someone who cared? Sure.. Mi'da, but.. he was kind of strange at times.. Kind of hard to know if he really cared that much? With a soft shrug of her shoulder the girl pushed the thought aside and she looked around.. Soon her yellow fires were intrigued by a voice. Searching for the form of the creature that spoke truth of her emergence. And finally they found it. Something reddish.. bronze thingy? It looked like her didn't it? Well not exactly. It didn't have her long ears. A paw swats at her own right ear and pushes it down for clarification. Yep.. he's not lik' me. She thought to herself and body lowered into a laying position and looked at the man below her. Tail flicked once as she observed after he had already spoken his words. Lips part and she debates if she should speak or not and then they close without a sound. Awhile longer at staring and just when she turned her head to the right something black with eight little legs was in front of her face. Spider. She squealed in disgust and hurried to push her rump up and get down from the rock. Body gracefully landing on four limbs and she looks up with a pouty face. She takes a breath and then turns towards the red blob. Head tilts as she chirps out with honey like voice. "Hi. A'e you a cat?" She questions and slithers closer, almost like Mi'da did it.. Without the long green body. Sniffling and circling him watching and observing carefully, curious to what he was and what he could do! Maybe we can be fwends! Her inner voice chirped to her mind and she pranced around him a few times before plopping in front of him and watching him carefully. Waiting or an answer if he was a cat or no.

I KILL, THEREFORE I AM
"No, I'm not a cat. I'm a fox." That crimson thing that he was the only one of. The lone warrior and witch doctor who had total and complete understanding of the world. That they were all fucking doomed in the end and no matter how much joy and happiness you pumped into it you all became dirt again. Briskly shaking his head to get his thoughts back on track, he felt violated as she looked him over. Afterall, he was the one who reserved that greeting. Merely excusing her due to her youth, he asked his own questions now, "Where did you hatch?" Easily under one cycle old, she couldn't have been born too far from here as one tended not to wander too far from their hatch site for a while. Stretching out his neck and back, he looked down at the kitten like the brat she was, chin cocked and ears forwards, "Wandering around is going to get yourself killed." Did she even understand what death was?
Not this talk again. God he was sick of explaining mortality.
AND I AM WHO I AM
The little girl watched the now identified creature as a fox. She was learning so much! Ears perk while she listened eagerly. He didn't seem quite intrigued by how she acted or what she said so, why should she? But learning was something she wanted to do. It was fun! Her little body shifts and shoulders roll to slacken backwards. As she is asked where she hatched her head tilted to the side and after awhile she looked around. A paw is lifted and she points the entrance behind her where she came from. "I came fro' ove' the'e" She explained and then wiggled her butt up and her face reached up to sniff at his own face. Nose booping against the fox's one. She giggled and stepped backwards before she spun around as he thought about death. "I kno' how to stay safe, g'umpy!" She chirps at him and sticks her tongue out towards his face. I'm not stoopid. She thinks to herself and turns around to look around for any other rocks while starting to prance around and move slowly. Fiery eyes scanning every little detail of her surroundings!
Tail flicks behind her and she finally looks over her shoulder. An elegant move as she watches the adult. "I'm Miza! Who are y'u?" She asked with a small smile, trying to make him talk to her and share his darkest secrets. That's how Mi'da did it, didn't he?
