The way out of Polaris didn't prove to complicated for the child. Careful steps and determination would prove useless as she navigated around large stones and squeeze between small spaces. All in which leg her to the opening of a small tunnel out of the glowing blue room. Wonder where it leads. Young eyes stared into the mouth of the small cave before looking over her shoulder to the place she awoke in. She would come back in time, but it was time to go forward.

Deep purple gaze danced around as the walls closest to her starting point still have a hint of blue glow but with each step the glow would fade away. Going deeper and deeper, staying alert to her surroundings. The air was strange in here, so thick and warm but . . . she didn't feel warm inside. Little Penelope would pause, looking down at her feet. Lifting one to try and examine the soil beneath. Moist really, not dry at all. ". . . hmmmm." Soon she would continue, moving deeper into the tunnel.

Each post will lead her from the Polaris entrance, to the middle of the tunnel then to the Pisces entrance.

Lifting her head higher, the little elongated nose wiggled to get a sniff. The air was far thicker now, with the entrance of the blue cave out of sight. How long have I been walking? The little tapir wasn't tired yet, at least, not feeling tired enough to rest some where. After all, the air in this place wasn't making her feel like she needed a nap. Pushing forward, she continued down the tunnel as she thought about different things. Like, what she might find on the other side? Would there even be anything when she gets there?

Could she have taken the wrong path and find a dead end? Or maybe this would just lead her back to the blue place she had come from? Shaking her head a little, Penelope snorted. "No, there will be something. Something new to see." Yes, just keep thinking that and it shall be. The child found that positive thinking did a lot for her self. Back when she was still in her stone bed, thinking of staying and never leaving only made it all worse. She had to imagine breaking out and being free; that was what got her here now. And that is what is going to get her to this new place.

The air was changing now, somehow it became easier for the young one to take a breath. Deeply, she breathed in and filled those little lungs of hers. Ahhh It felt good, almost a dampness to the air. Each step seem to become easier now, leading her closer and closer to the light at the end of the tunnel. Could this be it? Her little steps soon turned into a quickened jog as she came closer to the opening of the tunnel. To the other side.

The ground beneath her was damp now, wet with each step. The mud of the tunnel would stick to her feet more, and the air around her seemed to grow thick. "Wet air?" There seemed to be mist flowing out from the entrance, but it only caused her to pause before taking those finial steps into the light and out of the darkness of the tunnel. What would she find?
