That stupid wolverine! Xerxes grumbled as he entered canis, stomping away from where he and the smoll heathen duked it out for no reason! All he did was ask if this was the right way! Xerxes shook his head and huffed, looking around canis. Was this where cure was? He sure hoped so, cause he was done walking around from room to room! The blood on his nose had dried and the cut there wasnt bad, though he hadnt forgotton about it. After walking into canis a bit, xerxes licked at his paw than tried to clean his nose off, hoping Cure woulsnt notice it.

Paws padded over the ground, hurrying towards the scent she had caught. A deep grin curled across her features as she eagerly went to them. Xerxes! Xerxes was finally here! She couldn't wait to see him. As the black feline soon came into view Cure slowed her steps and lowered her head. A mischievous smirk caught her features. Slowly her tail swayed away as the gem spikes along her skull suddenly flashed and before anything could be seen her fur began to shimmer and darken, attempting to blend in with the surroundings as she now prowled slowly towards the feline. Brows furrowed when she saw he was cleaning his from something, but she would worry about that in a minute.

Silently she crept closer and closer until finally she felt she was close enough and with an excited war cry the hybrid leaped at the lion. "Got ya!" She cried excitedly as she laughed, attempting to wrestle him down playfully.

Xerxes sat, cleaning his face. He hadn't expected Cure to find him so soon into his arrival and was very much surprised when she jumped at him and pinned him to the ground, flat on his back. hey! He laughed, trying to flip them over and pin her, but she was too strong! He was younger than her and smaller still, but he hoped he had some strength behind him. After the fight with that heathen though, he wasn't surprised. His budding manliness was just wounded a little, no big deal. you weren't supposed to find me so fast! I wanted to sneak up on you! he laughed some more, unaware that the scratch on his nose had begun to bleed again despite his cleaning it. He hadn't had enough time for it to close before she found him and attacked, but now he was too distracted to notice it and the minor bite wound on his foreleg that he hadn't even touched yet.

Laughter spilled from the hybrid as she playfully bit and pawed at his face and front paws. "Ha! You think I'd let you sneak up on me?" She teased playfully as she moved to pap her paw against his nose only to hesitate instantly when her sapphire eyes met the wound upon the bridge of his nose. Her ears pinned back as she furrowed her brows with concern. "What happened?" She murmured gently as she pulled herself off of him so that he may be able to sit up right. She looked him over quickly in that moment, worried that she would find more wounds upon her friend. The cut on his nose just about held the same resemblance as her own scar across her nose.

"Well, I hope you gave them a better cut than that one," She murmured with a sudden frown. Soon her grin returned as she flicked her tail a bit. "Hey! Hold still, I want to try something..." She requested as she scooted just a bit closer towards Xerxes. She had discovered just the other day that she could do this new spell and hopefully it worked. So with that in mind, Cure focused all of her attention on the bleeding nose wound and concentrated...

...It didn't take long before she felt her magick come to life. Her eyes and horns suddenly held a gentle glow to them and soon she felt the sensation of the bacteria around Xerxes' nose wound start to shift and react. She watched eagerly, hoping that what she had done would heal the wound enough to stop it from bleeding. At least she knew the wound on his nose would not get infected now.

It didnt take cure long to notice the cut on his nose and when she did, she pulled back. Xerxes blinked at her, his smile fading. She asked him about it and he sighed, rolling onto his hip and then to a sit. this... Thing started a fight with me! He was smaller, but mean! I just asked a simple question... he frowned and looked at cure then, obviously confused and even hurt that someone was so mean.

She spoke some more, making him feel a bit better. He had made some stupid mistakes, but he certainly hoped he gave that heathen something to remember him by... But then again, did xerxes want the wovlerine to remember him? He was distracted then when cure spoke more, wanting to try something. Suddenly, he felt the stinging on his nose go away and he came back, staring straight at cure. What had she done? He reached up with his right paw then and felt his nose. There was nothing. No pain, nothing. how'd you do that? xerxes asked, seriously confused as to how she made the cut go away.

Now that his nose was healed, they could continue thwir wrestle. Hopefully, cure was off guard and couldnt also read mind. He smiled then, and with a little wiggle of his butt, pounced at the cat hoping to pin her down this time.

Cure brightened when she saw the wound had healed much better than she had expected it too! She was so enthralled with her own handy work that when Xerxes had suddenly pounced at her a cry of surprise escaped her as she thrashed around playfully. "Hey! No fair!!" She laughed loudly as she playfully kicked and pushed against the lion, struggling to try and get the upper hand. Laughter continued to spill from her as she also gave playful growls and nips at any place she managed to get her muzzle close to.

"I'll get you!" She cried out the challenge as she began to push and shove up against him, attempting to wrestle him off of her so that she could turn around and pounce right back on him and wrestle him into a pin.

Nooo! She was too strong! It seemed too easy for her to flip them and pin xerxes to the ground yet again. He struggled beneath her, try to flip them and pin her again, but like the last time, he was unsuccessful. Instead, he just wriggled around beneath her as a frown settled on his face. One day! One day he would be able to flip her over and when that day came, he's be sure to rub it in her face (playfully of course...Maybe)! youre too strong! Or fat, i dunno... he winked at her, playfully teasing her and hoping she didnt take offense to it. He was obviously smaller than her in general size anyway, so he didnt know why he felt like he could win against her.

Playful growls and other sounds came from the growing hybrid as she bit and nipped at the lion that was trying to get out of her hold. Her tail lashed around behind her, almost as if she were eager to get her teeth into him. When his words crossed her ears a feigned gasp escaped her and she pulled back away from him. Sitting back in her haunches she balanced there as she lifted her front legs up and placed her paws dramatically over her muzzle. "I am not fat you...you..." She mocked annoyance, but she couldn't hold it up for long as she began to laugh and snicker at what she was trying to say.

"Well come on! On your paws! Let's play a new game! Hide and seek, yes?!" She grinned broadly as she brought her front paws to the ground once more. She shifted and glanced to the side before slowly looking towards the other side. It would be fun to play hide and seek, but it would be even more fun if it was hard to see...

Before too long a heavy cloud of fog suddenly began to roll into the area. Not nearly as thick as she had wanted, but it would still make it hard to see well enough for the game to work properly! As the most began to envelope herself and Xerxes she gave one last challenging smirk to the fellow feline. "Not it! Come and find me! If you dare~" She purred out the last part as the fog finally enveloped the both of them, cutting off both of their views of each other. And with that Cure turned tail and bolted off to find a hiding spot within the mist.

LMAO

He stuck his tongue out at her and agreed to her idea of hide and seek. The concept was simple, so he turned and counted to a decent number before turning and seeing the entire room filled with mist! His eyes widened in surprise before they narrowed as he scanned the room. Well what now! ?

Xerxes started to walk then in a direction he though he heard Cure walk off in, but he was probably so wrong. He frowed and stopped in place for a moment, looking around with a new perspective. He supposed if he was hiding, he'd hide behind one of the many rocks. So he moved to the one closest to him that he would think Cure would fit behind and....

Nope. Not there. Crap.

A broad grin stretched across the hybrid's features as she hunkered down behind one of the many bone piles that made up most of canis. Her tail lashed quietly behind her as she tried to keep herself quiet and still. She didn't want to give her position away. Having no idea where Xerxes was considering the fog easily cut her vision down to just maybe a paw stretch away from her nose, Cure couldn't be too cautious.

She covered her snout with a paw as she snickered before a sudden idea came to her. She could locate him! Quickly she closed her eyes and tried to focus. 'Come on...work.' She thought to herself as she waited for her magic to swell into being. She felt her horns react and soon she began to feel it. Just barely. A gentle thudding in her chest that belonged to Xerxes. Though her spell had not been strong enough to exactly locate his position, Cure was content enough to feel his heartbeat.

So she would wait. With a smile on her face she remained where she was with ears perked in attention. She would wait for him and if he found her...she would pounce and then it would be his turn to hide!
