Encounters in Maji Walezi had gone surprisingly well. Quick, to the point. No needless chit-chat. It meant he would meet his deadline and be back with everyone for whatever the important meeting was in regards to. Dragon was never wrong, Aquarian was the best guide and was watching over him even now as he ventured forth once again through the tunnels. It was an interesting sight to behold, his wings almost too small for his round breast. Made him look like a flying soccerball.

Rounding the corner, the beautiful bone structures of Canis loomed into view and he held his breath as he came in for a landing on top of one the precarious towers. Skulls and femurs clattered to the floor, and he gazed down at the dirt surface below, "Bonebound!" Damn that name was so fitting he almost caught himself laughing as he said it, "I bring important news from the swamps of Cetus. Your leader is required to attend a meeting that is in regards to the fate of Origin caves." Pietro smirked as he was getting better at this whole announcer thing. Maybe he could do this is as a permanent job. The herald for his Lord Aquarian and his Master Dragon.

Since his little regathering of the Bonebound had gone so exceedingly well, Azazel was in higher spirits than he usually was, rather than wallowing in his own self-pity. The Bone King forced himself to move around a bit and go on a little expedition to explore. But he was distracted by the prospect of a fresh meal, (fresh as in, dry-ass bones) so he had ventured off to that. His curiosities were quickly thrown away as he jammed his beak into a pile of a particularly tasty-looking femur as a horde of centipedes slithered out. Quickly, he removed it from the pile of ivory material and scowled at it. Then he scampered away, but at a call, he ceased and gazed up.

A flying futbol was approaching him. He thinks futbol because he'd probably be european if he were human due to his origins as a 'german bird'. But sure, a soccer ball works as well. ( Anyways, back to the post. )

It perched upon one of the many towers of bones that had been previously constructed by a certain feline, and sang out. A bit tentative at first due to the memories of Mau, The Bone King approached it. Beneath the cat skull he wore, the avian blinked as he saw a very small and puffy thing announcing with great bravado. An important meeting? Regarding the fate of Origin Caves... in Cetus. He sat and considered it, almost skeptical. "Cetus is the home of the Children of Rot, isn't it?" he mused in a rhetorical question. Azazel frowned and looked about. Did he really have time for it? He was intending to protect the Bonebound and be a good leader. He didn't suppose that Kerberos could keep watch over them in his absence. Hopefully it would not take long. But he was still skeptical.

"What's to say that this isn't a trap?" Who else would be at the meeting? Why hadn't the 'Children of Rot' attempted to make contact sooner? He was still unsure of leaving in case something happened and he couldn't be there to prevent it. No matter how much he trusted Kerberos with the Bonebound in his absence, he just wasn't sure. He awaited a response from the puffin.

sorry that azazel's making it so difficult, lol. he's a little unwilling to leave canis bc of ash being kidnapped and cancer being a bit nutty and yeah

Absorbing the sights and smells of Canis, he hesitated slightly at the sheer volume of dead creatures that lay littered around the caves. Maybe the Bonebound had done it? Maybe this was all their doing and they were going to add his bill to their little collection of bones. It certainly gave the young boy the willies as he waited for their leader. With the addition of the cat skull, he almost shat himself at the sight of the vulture. A big bird indeed, and those talons. Subconsciously, he flexed his own webbed paddlers.

"Oh... Yes sir. That is where the Children of Rot live. It is Dragon who is calling for this meeting." How had he forgotten what was essentially the most important part of his coming here. Flushing hard under his white plummage, he hoped that Azazel couldn't see, nor feel the embarrassment and sheer state of fluster he was slowly becoming. "No sir. This isn't a trap. We are followers of Aquarian and would never stoop so low." Although he was new to the religion and couldn't exactly speak for what exactly it stood for, that was his interpretation of it.

"All Dragon wants to do is help the leaders understand his problem. I'm not sure what the problem is, I'm merely a messenger sir."

this is the thread to chuck Azazel into here. Decided to just keep using this thread to save time/space and ease.

The Children of Rot. He had heard nothing from the group. They were so rarely mentioned in the caves, Azazel had wondered if they had fallen apart like the Pack so long ago. He hadn't heard a peep from the band of weird individuals since the initial gossip of their formation. The Bone King ruffled his feathers absentmindedly and then smoothed them. He was still suspicious. Dragon, though. The name disturbed him a little since he usually equated the word 'dragon' with murderers and destroyers such as Raheerah or Baratheon. The whereabouts of both were unknown to him, and that made him a little uneasy.

Aquarian. He also heard rumors of him, a massive sea serpent (which was, to him, essentially a dragon without wings) and he narrowed his eyes. Worship? The Bone King himself didn't quite understand religion, but he was not one to judge. Finally, he sighed and gazed about. Kerberos wasn't nearby. Flapping his great wings, he looked to the puffin and nodded. "I'll attend." All the while, he subconciously pulled at his magicka and communicated to Kerberos from afar and let him know of the situation. "When is this meeting?"
