a post getting the all mother's group together to do Worship properly together
Dovefeather found her sister where she always did, resting under the All Mother's Monarch, her body hanging high above. If Basil-- or Sorrel-- were around, then the more the merrier. What was more important was who wouldn't show up. Would Barnett-- Booker-- whatever his name was these days, come? Her tail swished, knowing he was always off somewhere. She didn't speak to Blackfeather, but they didn't need words. Her gentle purr was enough to signal to her sister that she was there, and the quiet twitch of an ear was all the answer she needed.
The child of the All Mother crept under the mushroom, nose and whiskers twitching as she felt a great peace. Things had been the same as of late, and the snow had finally stopped falling. Although Dovefeather had not found her symbol yet-- rather, the fiend Fang had not returned it-- the kitten did not feel cold and detached from Her today. She did not feel like a Bleeding Heart, no, she felt like the sunbeams that broke through the trees, artificial as the light was.
The feline inhaled and tried to summon the light, but embarrassingly enough she was in the shade of the All Mother. No light came to her, and her ears sank against her skull. Fine, she would call for them. How, she wasn't really sure, but she parted her jaws and-- teeth glinting in the light-- she let out a yowl.
"Brothers! Sisters! Those who Seek to follow Her Path!
Please, come and gather! I wish to See you all, I wish to See my family."
The call had been made. She sat down in the shadow of the All Mother, feeling the warmth of Her Blessing despite the shade. For once, the cat felt absolutely purrfect. Hopefully nothing would ruin the mood...
