Stubby paws patted around on the ground. The dog was looking for worms. Sometimes if you stampered around, you could see the wiggle trying to dig deeper. Then you could dig them up and bon appetite! In the middle of the stomping, however, a soft woof caught Farrah's attention. She turned, stocky legs fighting the brush until she came upon the creature.
Small. Round ears. Long body. Short face.
"Oh my gosh you're-" A skunk? A cat? A dog? Farrah paused, thinking. Short face... cat. Rounded ears... skunk. Long body... dog. Long, thin tail... cat? dog? not skunk. Brown fur... cat? dog? not skunk. Legs... cat? dog? skunk?
Farrah was confused. She knew, at least, that this being was not a bird,
"You're amazing! I can't tell if you're a dog, or a cat! I ruled out bird and skunk, but... wow." Farrah's forelegs bent so she could get down on the gembound's level,
"I have to ask... what are you?" Farrah ogled the being with shiny (perhaps sparkling) eyes.

Wow this guy was cute! He called her a sweetie! Farrah's own tail wagged behind her steadily,
"I am Farrah! I am a dog!" She announced proudly, also puffing her chest. As the small creature sniffed at her, Farrah ducked her head to also sniff at the tiny creature,
"I have never met a noodle before! You are longer than the others I have met. Especially the bird. You are much longer than the bird." Farrah giggled, smiling. She lowered her voice to the small creature, her rump finally following suit and plopping own on the ground,
"But you know what? I like it."
Farrah spoke honestly, a small smile appearing on her face, her cheeks glowing furiously with her blush. Her eyes were dilated affectionately, appearing as shimmering black orbs as her nose twitched at the creature. Slowly she pawed her front paws forward slightly, stretching her midsection, then she kicked with her back legs slowly, scooting herself closer to the noodle just a little,
"I like your longness. It makes you look like I wanna cuddle you."

Fisher almost couldn't believe how downright... What was the word...""Friendly""... The barkfriend was being. She was absolutely lovely, sniffing back at him and giggling and if his eyes weren't deceiving him, she was glowing with a blush across her cheeks that made her soft, pretty face all the more lovely to look at. The canine inched closer in an almost sneaky way, but her words were clear and honest and... Boy, she was an absolute treat to listen to.
Almost immediately Fisher realized exactly what he was feeling. There was a churn in his gut, the urge to snuggle close to the barkfriend... His heart starting to race, his breath hesitantly held. The last time he had felt this uncomfortably comfortable around another, well... It had been with Cancer. Part of him immediately insisted he run the hell away and never look back, but frankly, who was going to know if he had a cuddle with a cute girl in the woods? It wasn't like she possibly had an enemies, and no one was going to come crash this party, right?
Maybe, just maybe, he could afford to relax. Besides, he had loved being that close to Cancer. He flashed a polite grin and scooted his own long body closer, poking his nose to the stranger's cheek. Frankly, the mustelid's baseline for standards was pretty low and she was soaring high above all of them. Friendly, kind, playful in just the right way.
"What good is length if you don't use it?" The weaselly man murmured through a smirk, reaching his paws forward and dragging himself all the more closer. "Speaking of, you know, I've never seen a tail like yours before-- I got a few barkfriends-- dogs-- and no one has a curly tail like that. I like it too, very unique and adorable..." With a light chuckle he nuzzled right up into her soft, plush fur and let his tail wrap around her, twisting until he was nestled right up into her business.
Hey, she had invited him, hadn't she?
"So, you come here often?" He asked casually, still snickering a bit to himself. Maybe it was a nervous laughter. In general he felt like he had butterflies swarming in his insides so it wasn't any wonder that he was feeling rather... Ticklish.
@Farrah ;; fisher....... stop.........
While Fisher might have known what he was feeling Farrah had NO IDEA.
That's a lie, Farrah knew exactly what she was feeling. It was the feeling of LOOOOVVEEE. As the small noodle friend poked at her cheek, Farrah would aim to run her tongue lightly across his cheek. Her cheek felt war and her stomach fluttered pleasantly. She savored the light touch. He commented on her tail, calling it adorable and Farrah wagged it a few times for affect,
"It's kinda just stuck like that usually. Only sometimes being... not," Farrah observed. She didn't think her tail was all that cool, but now looking at it then looking back to Fisher's, she guessed it was pretty cool.
Fisher snaked around Farrah's body, setting her skin on fire. She had never been SO CLOSE to another. Maybe a kiss but- oh not like this. Farrah settled herself onto the ground softly, rocking onto her side to free up her forepaws which she used to hug the gembound's long body close to her. It was warm and soft. Farrah drank in the feeling with a soft hum,
"You're warm and soft and you make me want to love you like thiiis-" Farrah squeezed Fisher lightly, spreading out her paws to try to pull more of the creature close to her as she nuzzled into his fur, nibbling at it affectionately. After a moment, Farrah pulled away with a smile and another gentle hum, fully enjoying the tingly and warm feeling in her body.
