Okay so. I suck at exercising and haven't really made myself do any since graduating high school years ago, which got rid of my daily forced PE sessions (which I loathed). I'm tiny and I weight like 108lbs, but weight LOSS is not what I'm going for. I'm doing it to be healthier in general and to gain some strength.
I cannot do more than like a set of exercise at a time so I came up with a good way to do it. For every hour of doing nothing (on the computer or playing games, or reading, etc.) I have to get up and do a set of some type of exercise. So like, today I've done: Planking for 40 seconds, 10 push-ups (bc I have no arm strength. I had to do them against the desk and not on the floor or I will fall on my face), and 20 sit ups.
Mostly I'm putting this on here so I'm held accountable for continuing since if I don't tell people I'm exercising I lose the will to keep doing it. Wish me luck!
