The shadow spoke again, rumbling words of wisdom while the voice seemed to come closer and closer. She raised her head, looking around for it, wondering if it would dare to come into the light and introduce himself. From what her mother's stories told, they didn't much like being torn from their dark, so she paid it no mind that it was staying out of sight. She smiled at the advice and replied, "Oh, I know that not all witches are kind - but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be someone who loves them. Everyone deserves someone that cares for them, no matter who they are."

She turned back to the star, now named Ashtoreth, and she grinned happily at how she was using the voices around her to speak. Maybe she was speaking for the bones, or using their words long laid down to rest to talk! Ashtoreth, the bone-speaker - now that sounded wonderful!

And perhaps this Giggle was the witch that lived here? Oh, what a spooky name! But before she could imagine what she might look like, the star spoke with a frightened voice, shivering and curling up.

"Ah-! Are you okay, Ashtoreth?" It felt like another riddle to solve, mystery in her words. Did she want her to come with her, rather than the shadow? What did she mean by 'this isn't freedom?' "Are you...caged by something?" She asked tentatively. "Can I help..?"

@Vicktor
The one now known as Ashtoreth spoke, speaking outward in yet a mix of voices. He paid little mind to this, perhaps they couldn't speak through the means that he and Wisteria could? Either way it didn't concern him much.

'Everyone deserves someone that cares for them, no matter who they are.'

The hybrid's voice drifted around him, sweet words that shot through his heart in the most loving of ways. Everyone deserves someone who cares...no matter who they are. A smile curled the corners of his lips, staring into that precious gem over their eye; lost in warm thoughts. Until Ashtoreth spoke again, this time about another named Giggle. Fur bristling across his spine he remained silent. The more gembounds meant the higher chance of drama. Though the tiny mustelid spoke up again, hunkering down to the ground a shivering. Asking Wisteria to come with them for this was not freedom!?

A sneer crossed his features, inhaling to answer; but Wisteria beat him to it. Asking the small hybrid if there was anything she could do to help. Their words were wrong...panicked even...were they repeating like a simple bird? Or was there more to this story. Surely they weren't trapped, Vicktor could plainly see that with them before his very eyes.

"You are free...safe...there is nothing to fear"

Calm words passed his lips, the only danger here was Vicktor and he would not fuck this up.
