Ah, such faith he had in her. What if she showed him? Proved to him with her very own memories that she did indeed murder someone, not just someone but a friend. "You weren't there..." Her voice was barely a whisper, barely a breath on the breeze as it exited her lungs. The lioness didn't want Niru to think less of her so she didn't dare speak it any louder lest he question her further and she have to devolve more of the secrets of the act. The selfish part of her only wanted to give the bare minimum and not have the male asking more questions.

Her head she bumped against Niru's cheek, a silent thanks for his acceptance of her. "And you like my very own son." And she was so glad that they'd found each other again. Now, she turned to the exit of the cave as she silently pondered the question. Where oh where could they go? Polaris was a possibility and somewhere she was used to... But what about Cetus? She hated getting the wetness on her fur but there was plenty of prey, places where they could hide away, and not so many memories. That seemed like the best area.

"What do you think about Cetus?" They could start over there, maybe make something great.
