She shrugged off his insistence and assured him that she was 'just saying'. He wasn't sure how that was meant to reassure him if it directly contradicted what he had told her, but if she hadn't meant it seriously, then he guessed it was fine. As long as she did use his actual name.
The wolf exuberantly announced her name and her title, the sentiment of which was momentarily lost on Ghanyarah as she tried to liken it to a real world application. He didn't know what magical champions did though, and as she stepped back and summoned the familiar, rolling glow to her fur, it dawned on him that that was what she meant. Ghanyarah watched with mounting interest as she cloaked herself in a dazzling multi-hued display of lights, wondering how she used her magic to serve the cave.
When it was all said and done, the reptile flicked his tongue and bobbed his head with approval, evidently impressed. "I see! You certainly do not hesitate to fulfill your role." Ghanyarah pointed out, looking her over as the magical light faded away. "What purpose does it serve? It is a sufficient distraction for your opponents? Or perhaps you illuminate dark spaces for others? Do you act as a waypoint?" He asked, eager to know how her light magic helped her perform her job as "Magical Champion".
