It seemed as though I was a new being, And all alone-nonetheless. While this place seemed to continue, I simply stopped. Stopped looking, stopped waiting, stopped caring. The girl I pledged to follow around aimlessly disappeared- perhaps she fell into the river after our own little mishap and she didn't make it back out. But-she wasn't my problem any longer-that changed when I waited and waited all alone and not once did she show- I hadn't any idea as to where to go, either. So I stayed here. It was almost sad, really. But I didn't care after some point. I only worried about living-eating, breathing, sleeping. The normal things. And that's all I kept doing- just eating, breathing, and sleeping. And that needed to change.

And so, I stepped one paw after the other, mass trotted forwards, single eye remand on track and unbothered by anything or anyone else that may be around. I needed to find something to do- find company once again. Perhaps work on improving whatever it was that came from my body if I focused enough. Either way, I was going to do something.
