This boy looks a lot like Cancer. Let this be yet another disclaimer; that's the entire point. He looks like him, even kinda acts similarly, has a similar 'heroic' soul behind a fiery temper.
He's got zero actual relation what so ever. In-game, it'll be referenced that he's a reincarnation. This is the characters' beliefs and not fact. This poor child is gonna be roped along by a bunch of crazies throughout most of his formative years which will, in turn, could lead to misconceptions from in-game stuff.
I've noted under OTHER that he's in fact not related to Cancer.
