Location: The Throne of Orion
Alignment: Lawful/Neutral Evil
Purpose: To band together and achieve the individual ambitions of each Overlord
Colors: Red and Purple
Level 1: The Council
Better known as simply The Overlords, the Council is what could be called the leaders of the group. There is no single gembound that makes the decisions but the combined word of the Council. They have previously proved themselves to be both trustworthy and superior and worthy of their place. They are of age (4 cycles or older) and are sworn to a pact of equality with the other members of the council. To outwardly declare themselves above the other council members would be cause for immediate eviction from the Council, if not the group itself.
Members: Reseda, Imperia, - , - ,
Level 2: The Apprentices
Training Council members that can be of any age, the Apprentices are those that have been chosen to prepare for a position in the council. Their time as apprentices can last anywhere from a few days or a few cycles. It is the word of the Council alone that would advance their position. Each Apprentice has a Mentor in the Council, who may or may not care for their education. If there are many Apprentices, then some Council members will have multiple under their care.
Members: Lucifero, Kavish, - , - ,
Level 3: The Grunts
Sometimes not counted among the ranks of the Overlods, the Grunts are gembounds that more or less hang around the meeting place and dream of one day becoming an Apprentice and a Council member in turn. It is usually from these Grunts that the Council picks an Apprentice to train. The Grunts are charged with the lower duties of the group and, while usually looked down upon, will be assigned specific tasks related to their abilities. If they can prove themselves, they will be fully welcomed as an Apprentice.
Members: Serek, - , - , - ,
Laws of the Overlords
1. No member of the Council are any less or more equal then the others. To outwardly disobey this law will be cause for immediate eviction from the Council.
2. The word of the Council is final
3. Any aggression within the Overlords will be met without mercy
4. No Overlord may speak out against the purpose of their duties. To do so will be met with scrutiny and suspicion.
5. Meetings can only be called if all members of the Council are present. If even one is missing, the session will count for nothing.
6. Within each rank, equality is of most importance. While there may be differences between levels, no creature is of less or more importance then the others in their level.
7. Murder, unless specifically ordered by the Council, is not tolerated in any form.
8. Trophies of victory will be returned to the Council immediately.

I would like to clarify that the laws of the Overlords are what should be seen happening. There is nothing stopping the Overlords from thinking they are above one another, as I am completely sure they will.
