Imperia chuckled. "I'll keep that in mind, then. Though there isn't much that couldn't be burned alive." At Kin-kin's next statement, they grunted, though a smile still graced their lips. "You think so?"

"Yeah, there you go. If you need a couple of titles, just go with that. You may not be the so-called champion but you're still a master. And Demigod, I guess. Whatever that even is." They watched her for a while, unsure of what to say now. After a moment, they spoke again. "Even if you don't want to get rid of your titles, which...I can understand, you're still the Kin-kin I know. Proud, never letting anything hold you down. You can still be that without any titles."

"Speech looks like this."
"Thoughts looks like this."

Kin-Kin chuckled. "I think you'd be surprised- you never really know what's gonna go down next around here." Kin-Kin had seen some crazy shit around the caves, and that was an understatement. She grinned at the caracal's gruff response to her compliment. "'Course. probably the most rugged around if ya ask me. I'd go for a few scars myself, but it'd ruin my fur."

She nodded slowly. Her gaze drifted to Imperia and gained a twinkle as the caracal discussed her newly-acquired titles. "Heh... Don't go tellin' it around but I only took it 'cause it sounded cool," she said, lowering her voice to almost a whisper before finishing off with a wink. a small sigh escaped her though, shortly after. It was clear that the thought of her 'real' title had crossed her mind for a moment, but she quickly shrugged it off.

Imperia's words brought the smile back though, and for a moment she looked almost fondly at the feline. She drove her claws into the soil at her feet, unsure of how to respond. No-one had ever spoken to her like this before. Finally she grinned, looking up at Imperia with a genuine smile. her glow brightened, falling gently on the world hazy with lights amidst the dark of the underground world. "I know ya probably don't get this very often and ah... hell, it's hard to say. But, ah. Thanks." she let the silence hang for a moment before speaking again, this time a mischievous glint in her eye. "Say... you remember the first time we fought? You said you'd destroy me one day. I wonder what happened?"

When I speak.

When I think.
