ORIGIN - [WRESTLING] Haruo vs Asimona

Asimona stepped back into the ring, flexing her claws and muscles. She had defeated her last opponent, the bear Zeus, and was anxious for her next one. She had noticed, in the brackets that, if she had won, then she would have to fight the most fights to be the top winner. That made her a little frustrated, as she was definitely one of the youngest ones there, but it was fine. She wanted to win this, especially after having completely missed out on the magicka competition.

She stood on her side of the wrestling arena and lashed her tail impatiently. She glanced around, trembling a bit as she wondered if either of the dragons were there - the red one or the other one that whispered in her ear. She had heard it, just for a moment, when she had won. Cheering her on. Giving her hope. While the red one only gave her fear. Where was he now?

She was relieved that she could not feel his presence anywhere. Perhaps she was too excited to see him. Perhaps he just decided to stay away for now. Of course, she could only hope that he would be leaving her alone forever. Although this was probably not the case.

She shook her head to clear her mind of the thoughts. She had one thing to focus on now and that was her upcoming fight. She wondered what kind of animal she'd be fighting next. She had fought a bear and she had seen a variety of other creatures around. But who she would be facing, she didn't know.

haruo had won, but it was only a matter of time before he saw gembounds gathering once again for what must have been another fight. he had had enough time to recover from the minor bruising of his last match, and so when he heard his name called, haruo scampered in to the ring from the audience.

"HARUO HERE TO WINNER!!!" the tiny fawn bellowed out as he skidded across the stone floor, eyes squeezed shut so he wasn't able to see his opponent and their large difference in size immediately. he had not heard any other conjugation of "winner".

haruo steeled his legs against the stone floor, all four cloven hooves spread out as if he was ready to charge, but his head was still raised so it probably just looked a little silly.

it was then that he finally took a look at his partner, and his confident expression quickly faltered in mild terror. wow, that was a big silver thing, and it had a long face kind of like a wolf, but too thin and hairless to be a wolf. still, it could probably eat him... oh, had he been tricked?

the young fawn instinctively let out a fearful bleat, frozen in wide-eyed panic for a moment as if something inside him expected a mother to come and rescue him.

Asimon watched as a small little creature stepped into the ring. Her tail twitched nervously. Did she really have to fight this creature? She wasn't exactly full grown, but she was considerably larger then it. She would have to try hard not to hurt it too much and that would take away from her fighting. It had been more evenly matched against the bear, but this...she was a little worried.

She she reminded herself not to get arrogant. The little deer could probably still pack a punch, despite its odd linguistic pattern. She gave it a smile. "I'm here to win too, so get ready!"

She crouched and bunched her muscles, ready to get the fight over with. She didn't want to prolong this more then it needed to be. She leaped forward, swinging her claw out to try and catch them on their side and push them over. However, they were so small that her strike completely missed and she swung at nothing through midair.

haruo bleated once more in panic as the creature leaped towards him, but somehow, it seemed to miss. oh? was he actually fighting a big doofus? size wasn't everything, he supposed! perhaps there was hope after all!

in a sudden burst of confidence, haruo let out a piercingly sharp battle cry and bowed his head in preparation to ram his skull into the large silver creature's... leg?

he hadn't been aiming for any particular part of her, but his little legs clattered across the stone floor with surprising strength and determination, and haruo's tiny skull collided at full strength with asimona's foreleg! it was a lot for him; he felt superbly strong and capable and cool, but who knew if it would actually be much of an impact at all to the considerably larger dragon?

notes: @asimona sorry for jumping in right at the deadline oufhfuhgu its been rough

Asimona wasn't ready for the little creature's surprisingly strong attack and she cried out with surprise when it rammed into her like a small fuzzy bullet. Her leg buckled under her and she lost her balance collapsing onto her stomach, thankfully missing the small creature, but only by a little. But now she had a good opportunity to try and knock it over again!

However, as she tried to whip her claw forward, she found that she had called on top of it and had to spend the time that she would have been lashing out pulling it out from under her huge weight. Instead, she clambered to her feet, a little more prepared now.
