It seemed like it had taken forever to get out of Cetus. Even more so to travel where his new found companion had directed him to go. Mud was now dry on his long legs. Causing his skin to be itchy and it definitely irritated the colt. He desperately needed to find a way to get it off. However, he was on a different mission. One where Fang had assured him he would see something far more interesting than a tree in that horrid place he had been awoken in. This place was definitely different. It smelled much better than the other place that was for sure. A strange howling had caught Erebus' attention immediately and his big ears had shifted to press forward as if to hear it better. He wasn't sure what it was, but he doubt it would be anything to raise concern about.

With a flick of his tail Erebus moved further into Monoceros, idly waiting for Fang to point him off into another direction which would surely lead them to her hidden treasures. "This is the place...right?" He nickered thoughtfully, his colorless eyes moving all over to take in the details that made up Fang's place of residence. It was decent of a place. Nothing awe inspiring, but decent. He liked it. Especially since there wasn't nasty watery mud all over the place. Instead of his hooves sinking into mud and making weird noises, now they so easily walked across stone and making clopping noises. That was perfectly good for him. It sounded much better than in the other area. This place was just that much better he guessed.

OoC: Wasn't sure if you wanted it in the main room or one of the other locations. So just stuck with main area. And LOL such a bad post ;w; oh well. better next tiem~

"Notice me, Senpai~"

For her the travel back to Monoceros had been a leisurely one. It was quite easy just riding atop Erebus' head and occasionally telling or pointing him out in the right direction. The little mongoose had even managed to catch a few winks of sleep while riding on him which made her mood practically glow. It wasn't long --at least not to her-- that they made it back to her home. Everything looked in order though one little thing was missing. The Fire. Where was she? Fang had explicitly told her to wait until her return, unless she was hiding out somewhere... but where could a large rhino hide? Fang was about to reach out and see where she was but was interrupted by a question from her steed.

"Yeah! This is it. Lemme go grab a coup'la shinies and show ya what I was talkin' about." Wasting no time the mongoose scurried from the top of the horse's head down his neck to his withers where she jumped to the ground. For such a small creature she was surprisingly agile and fast and in no time she'd made it to her little nook. Fang scooped up the quartz she'd found and the pink diamond she'd pilfered from Canis. Carrying both of them in her paws she ran back back to Erebus on two feet and sat in front of him. First she held up the quartz, "I found this here. It was just lying around so I snatched it! Pretty ain't it?" Perhaps she'd make it into a necklace or something for Erebus to where. After giving him time to inspect it she reached down for the real prize, the pink diamond that matched her own diamond tooth perfectly.

"This, I got from Canis. I snatched it right from under that stupid bird's nose! Ha! He didn't know how to react." The little vixen laughed as she remembered the large vulture trying to catch her but ultimately failing. Before long she'd have to go back there and take another thing. Perhaps she'd even be brave enough to snoop around longer. "This is the real prize. I used my skills to get it... I didn't tell ya this before but I'm a Queen. A Queen of the Thieves." She sat the pink diamond on the ground next to the quartz as she looked up at the horse, waiting for his reaction.

The rhino had stayed faithfully where Fang had left her, although not without a bit of grumpiness that she had been sure to make sure that the Controller did not see. She stormed around the outskirts of the twister, the wind catching around her ears and dust flicking against her mostly healed burns. If a fire leaped too wildly while being watched, it would not get fuel, it would not get the chance to swallow the world. So she waited for the lovely flash of red fur to vanish, and promptly began to stomp around on the edge of the vortex, the Tornado, as Fang had called it. She watched the storm and kept to herself, not daring to bring back the fire to her heels until her Queen returned.

It did not take long. Perhaps they had not gone far, but if that was the case, why has she not taken... The gembound named Fire for the moment spotted her Family-- she had heard the voice of Fang before she had seen her-- and she saw what her Family was riding upon. Jealous was a new feeling, but it was one of Fire. Fire was envy, gobbled up by flames like the greenest of leaves.

"Fang!" Fire's voice roared as she stampeded right over to the awful mess of a gembound she was riding. The thing was shaped all wrong, but had a horn just like her. Had she been replaced?! Who was this imposter! Surely Fang could see this one was not Fire!

"Who is this? Who are you?! Fang!" The rhino shouted and snorted, drawing to a stop only inches from them, breath coming out in angry, hot breaths. She did not like this, she did not like this one bit! This THING was not a Rhino! This thing was not Fire! She knew what she was and she did not like things impostering her. How dare this gembound even try to do it. She would get rid of it for her Fang, for her Queen.

The flames began to lick at her toes.

Erebus was left standing alone as Fang had ran off to gather whatever it was that she wanted to show him. He shuffled about on his hooves, the sound of light clopping would have most likely echoed in the area had it not been for the ever present wind. The short fluff that made up his mane danced about in the caresses of the wind. Black eyes searched the area as he waited, his nostrils flaring as he took in the scents of the place. His attention was pulled away when Fang came scurrying back and he dipped his head down to look closer as she presented the stones to him. He was intrigued to learn just how she come to have these stones in her collection.

His ears flicked forward when she spoke words claiming to be a Queen. Well that was sure a turn of events in Erebus' mind. He snorted almost thoughtfully as he lifted his head back up and gazed at her thoughtfully. "The gems are...interesting," He spoke first, showing that he was impressed with the pretty little gems she had. Then he flicked his ears back momentarily and pondered on how to handle the fact this little creature was a Queen. The Queen of thieves on top of that. It was...exciting. A dark grin formed across his mouth and he was just about to make his response, but it was quickly disturbed by another. His gaze quickly jumped up to spot a gray creature stomping right over to them. How absurd!

A loud rush of wind left the Colt as he ringed his neck and stamped a hoof against the ground as hard as he could. Just who was this creature to come stomping herself over and demanding who HE was?! "Who are YOU?!" He snapped right back at the rude creature, his muscles tensing up all throughout his body as he continued to make loud snorts of disapproval towards her audacious behavior. His dark black eyes shot right back down to Fang and then back up to this creature. This time he took a moment to look her over. They were clearly different, but she had a horn on her nose. As well as crystals lining up to cover the rest of her snout and up to her head. It was appealing, but her attitude definitely was not appealing.

"What's wrong with this thing Fang..." He grumbled, ultimately ignoring the grumpy gray thing in front of them as he turned his gaze down to Fang. However...as his emotions flared, and his anger quickly rising to its surface a strange sensation quickly tugged at him. The sensation only lasted for so long, but when a small rock suddenly moved, pushing off towards the side and right at this gray creature he took a moment to pause every last thought he had to ponder of it. What had that been? He flicked his tail to the side and dipped his head down, stretching his neck out until his nose was just barely near the stone that had been flipped over and gave it a big sniff. Nope. Just an ordinary rock. He shook his head with a small nicker before ignoring it and setting his focus back on this fellow horned creature.

He liked them! She could tell easily that the horse was fascinated by the gems even before he said anything. "They are. If ya want, I could get ya a coupl'a gems too! After all, anyone who runs with the Queen gets the very best." Oh, she loved to call herself a queen. It was ever so fun! Plus it just stroked that little ego further when the younger gembounds believed her without a second thought. As if she really was queen of anything... Well, she wasn't a queen yet but soon she would have her queendom and two loyal servants to follow her.

"Fang!" Speaking of loyal servants...

The vixen could hear the loud stomping of her first associate, aptly named Fire. She certainly was proving to be like a blaze now. That simply wouldn't do. The vixen dodged out of the way as the two firebrands met with sparks flying. If she didn't get a handle on this situation now it would spiral out of control. So, she put on her most winning smile and climbed up the rhino to perch on her orange gem. The vixen peered first into the rhino's eyes then pet her just on her cheek fondly. "My Fire, this is the family member I told you about. Erebus. He's going to be joining us on our adventures." She said it with a certain finality as if there was no arguing about it. That it had already been done.

Then she turned her eyes to Erebus, making the leap from Fire's gem to the horse's snout where she easily climbed his gem and perched there so she could look at his eyes. "This is no thing, this is my little Fire. She hatched here so that she could help serve her Queen." From here she made the careful jump to the ground for a neutral stance as she looked back and forth between the pair with a winning smile. "Both of you are nice strong creatures. Strong creatures like yourselves should get along nicely! There's no need to fight, I love both of ya'll equally." Her she put on a fake pout as if she were offended. "Unless... The Fire doesn't want to serve her Queen by getting along with her family? And... Erebus, you want to be our family don't you? You'll get all the gems you want and you'll be accepted and loved just like you deserve." She hoped she was saying the right things. Fang was still relatively new to this whole manipulation thing and didn't know how it would work out.

Fire snorted, stomping out the flames on her hooves as she looked over Fang. This thing, this imposter was supposed to be her family? It was too long legged, too narrow, too odd in the face. It had a fake horn made of purple-- purple, what color was that supposed to be? It wasn't of Fire or Air or even Water-- it was fake, false. It pissed the baby rhino off, stomping there in place. Hmf. The fire did die down on her toes, reducing the earth to smolders bellow her as it went down. Ashes flicked in the air and she looked away, angry but unable to argue with her Family. If Fang, the Queen of Control and Fire, wished to have this monster in her life...

"I'm watching you," she snorted, her tail flicking as if to swat away a fly on her hindquarters in irritation. "Erebus. Whatever that means." With that stated, she bent her head down to the shinies that Fang had put in front of the horse, peering closely at them. She would server her Queen, certainly, but it simply didn't make sense.

How could Fang like that awful, black and white and purple faker anywhere near as much as her? What could he even do that was worth having him around? If he had any skills, that made him a threat, but if he had nothing he was good as useless. "What are these, pretties?" She asked Fang, deciding it best to temper her anger and change the subject for the time being. She would keep a close eye on Erebus for now.

Erebus' snorted, his ears lay flat against his skull as he kept his eyes firmly on this short fat thing. His hooves stomped against the ground as it continued to stare at him as if HE were the problem. Watching him?! How absurd! Erebus blew even louder out of his nose as he this time slammed a hoof straight down against the floor. He was just about to answer, but Fang's words crept to him once more. Did he want to be apart of this family? He was starting to reconsider that was for sure, but...- But Fang was a little more important than letting some fat tiny thing try to bully him around. "More original than Fire" He spat before he completely turned and set out to ignore the stupid grumpy thing.

Erebus hadn't done anything to deserve such hostility. Not yet anyway, but if this horned nosed fatty kept pushing him there probably would be. "My apologies...Fang," He sniffed idly, flicking his tail about in an agitated manner. Even if he was annoyed with this rhino, Fang didn't deserve to be snapped at. After all...she was a Queen. Or so she called herself. Who was he to question it though. He was only born several hours ago. He shook his neck, trying to ease his once anger down to a simmer so that way he could once again focus on the pretties Fang had been going on about. He would wait to see what else she had to say before he carried on with his own curiosities. Like for instance...how she always managed to find them.

OoC: Nem's and Erebus' reactions towards another will be fun XD

Well, they didn't exactly like each other but at least they weren't tearing each other's throats out. It was a start. The vixen looked between the pair from her position on the ground. "Aww, c'mon, you guys. If we're all gonna be livin' together we gotta make nice and get along." Hopefully their loyalty to her, because apparently they had some sort of loyalty, would be enough that they'd at least be cordial to each other.

The small mongoose picked up her items and walked them over the Nemesis. Lifting them in the air just as she'd done to show Erebus. At the horse's apology she waved a paw, all was forgiven. "Treasures, gems. Things that thieves will need to collect." After she showed off the items she sat them near the rhino before casually swaggering a few paces away. Her back was to them as she spoke. "I have a plan... a vision if you will. You two an' I, we could get rich! Have all the best gems, weapons, armor, you name it! All we gotta do is set up a lil' trade ring. We'll collect items then store'em here in a safe spot then when others hear about the lovely things we have they'll come an' want to get our items." The vixen turned, a smirk on her face. "We'll set up a sort of trade ring. We'll only trade our good stuff for even better stuff and perhaps even our bad stuff for good stuff. As long as you can sell the items with your words the sky's the limit!" She ran back up to the pair, looking between them. "So, whaddaya say my horned friends? Wanna get rich with me?"

Fire listened and tried to understand-- at this point, she thought it was a good idea to just ignore the ugly fake rhino and deal with him later. She could rough him up when Fang wasn't watching and show him just who was boss. No big deal. For now, she had to understand what the tiny mongoose devil was saying, which was a bit complicated.

She didn't really... understand the whole trading thing, but it was something that seemed to make Fang quite happy to talk about-- she seemed excited. Thrilled. To be explaining this whole thing. It must have been a big deal, so the rhino nodded with enthusiasm.

"Yeah, I wanna be rich," she parroted, putting on a broad grin with her flat, grinding teeth. Whatever made the Queen happy, right? Seemed simple enough. Shinies come in, big shinies come in after. Something like that.

Fire glanced at the horse companion that Fang had dragged in, wondering if he understood any of that any better. She hoped he didn't, but she put on a condescending smirk in his direction like she knew more than she let on. She'd show him up, he'd see! They'd all see.

Erebus listened closely to Fang, glad he no longer had to hear the voice of the annoying gray thing. His ears pressed forward as he pondered over the words Fang had given him. A trade ring? It was an interesting though. How Fang even thought to pull it off was beyond him though, but he figured she would figure that out on her own. His gaze glanced over to Nemesis as she soon spoke in response to fang and he gave a light snort. "What would require us to be 'rich'," He questioned thoughtfully as he focused once again on Fang.

It was a curious thought really. Being rich was definitely something that caught his attention. "Regardless...I will give my assistance to achieve this...dream" He spoke again as he lifted his head and looked down upon fang. He did not spare another glance to Fire, not at all interested in what she had to say about what he had to voice to fang.
