Ear snapped toward the other small creature as it failed to launch itself at the floating rock. Just as predicted by the concepts in its eyes it seemed to gravitate toward that which it did not have. Even if they were both young already their roles in life were being brought to light.

The deer made another noise, but this time it seemed to be mimicking her own. The sound felt significant, its meaning cementing itself deep in the young fox's mind. "Miru." she confirmed, the sound resting pleasingly on her tongue.

As the deer made another noise its bright purple eyes caught the newly named Miru's gaze, and just as with the genet the colors and shape and patterns in them spoke to her in a way that surpassed conscious thought.

Dependability. Judgement. Action.

The eyes told a story of an individual who could be trusted. This one who spoke "Karma" struck her as a being who was not fickle in their nature, and around whom actions would happen quickly. That last concept felt fuzzy however compared to the others in the same way that it had been for the eyes of the genet. An action taken or an action that would be taken against them? Could it be a quick and calculated act as suggested by the first two concepts or a series of events spiraling outside their control before they could keep up?

Whatever it indicated this deer had sparked her interest, and as it moved away she began to follow watching its path and stride carefully in search for answers.
