Kin-Kin kept on watching, twitching the end of her tail, and waited to see what would manifest. Her ears twitched and she held her tongue for a moment, glow shimmering in the world around her. It was the shift of the shadows that alerted her to the kid's magic manifesting. The she-wolf nodded approvingly as she watched the pebble move, seemingly of its own accord.
"That's it!" she offered, watching as the pup seemed to finish their efforts, although whether or not they'd noticed was unclear. she gestured with her muzzle towards the pebble that they'd shifted. Their magic was one they'd dabbled in before, however brief the fling. "You've got mind magic! Good on ya."
By way of demonstration, she turned her own gaze towards the pebble and focused hard. With the magic she'd worked so hard to master she lifted it into the air, watching as it floated over, and then dropped it at the paws of the pup. "See? You'll be able to do that one day."
