It was times like these that Bevy wished she was bigger and, y'know, not full of neurotoxins. She gave him a worried glance but took to the air finally, getting ready to fly off and lead the way. "Alright, just.. Take it slowly, okay?" She asked of him, her anxious voice pitching her voice up just slightly.

"I'm not in any hurry," she chirped softly, even though she felt the pressure of her home on her shoulder blades. Was Dark worrying about her? What about Cancer, and the others? Surely they would be wondering where she was by now... She shook her head and started off, determined to lead the fisher cat home.

He heard her wingbeats and stretched his paws forward slowly. He hauled himself forward in time with her slow, graceful downs and ups, following the bright glisten of red. He shivered, his wounds aching, but with Bevy's bright, kind encouragement, he found himself leaving the gory, blood soaked tunnel behind.
