An unfortunate circumstance had driven Reseda from her new home in Orion to her previous home in Canis. And that circumstance was the absence of bones. She had been smart enough previously to bring along a collection of her bones when she had first settled with the Sinful Seven, but now they were all gone - either splinters or broken too small to be any use. This was just the consequence of having a new home that wasn't in the room of bones. At least it wasn't too far. But still, the extra effort was exhausting.
She lumbered through the tunnel, her tongue barely poking out of her mouth every so often to taste the air. But everything was familiar...that was, until she caught a horrible scent. A scent that reminded her of some parts of Canis but much more potent. The smell of rot, decay, and death. Slightly interested, she veered her course to take her to the cause of the smell. It was on the way so there was probably no harm.
She caught sight of the spikes from a ways away but had no visible reaction. Somebody had displayed trophies. They were old carcasses, their bodies half-decayed into thick black goop, their bones poking through. She didn't really mind but she was intrigued by all of this. Who had slain them?
