Hellberry smiled and laughed as he heard her. He watched her for a moment before slowly walking up to her. Before he let her go, he would give her one final scar to remember him by. He grinned as he eyed that tail of hers. He launched forward and bit into the tail, but he only just managed to stick his teeth into it. Oh well, it was enough. After a successful bite, he let go and stepped back.
He laughed again, he had given her hell, he had punished her, now he would let her live. At this point, death would be mercy for her and he wasn't feeling merciul today.

Another laugh, and a sound of dragging. He was coming closer again. With hardly any energy left, she didn't have time to move. Another bite was given to her tail, but in comparison to the others it was not as bad. It still made her roar with pain.

Rast wanted to run, oh how she wanted to run from this wretched place. The sweet smell around her had turned metallic with scent of her own blood and fear. Blood. So much of it had wept from her wounds. Run... Her mind whispered just as she lost consciousness.

Hellberry watched as the kitten lost consciousness. He walked up to her, giving her a few sniffs. She was still alive for now.
