Summary - Sirius hatches in Orion and meets Envy. After questioning them about the Sinful Seven and getting excited over Envy's summary of them (resulting in him using his Magicka in his excitement), he asks to join the Sinful Seven. Envy says yes, Sirius ends up going to the Throne for the first time and runs off to find his new home in his excitement afterwards.
