Reign would perhaps step on this object before he would see it: a soft, dull, pale grey, perhaps double the size of his own eyeball. It was rounded, too--albeit not perfectly, with irregular lines throughout its surface, as if it had been balled up when still molten and tossed aside. For a metal, it was surprisingly malleable--the closest thing one could come to 'soft' that survived through the eras, untouched by time's hungry maw.
Perhaps it had indeed been tossed aside, or perhaps it was a piece to another object long-broken. Either way, it was dull rather than shiny, and aside from its odd shape, not much to look at.

What Reign stumbled upon next was indeed unusual.
It held no magic, no life; yet it was shining, smooth. At the same time, it didn't seem as though it had been carved into any purpose, at least not like the armor and weapon fragments that littered the cave.
It was a soapy blue-white chalcedony, perhaps the size of his paw or a little smaller. Should he flip it, the cheetah would find that the underside was rough and crystalline, more jagged stone than beautiful gem.
It was a two-sided object: beautiful perfection on one face, and rough rock on the other.

A faint something was visible half-buried in the sand along the wall.
Rather, only the corner of a something, tattered and of the same dusty color as the tunnel itself, easily-missed by all but the keenest eyes. Once dug out, it would prove to be an old piece of armor or cloth, decoration perhaps?
Ancient leather, a piece of pelt, with its underside coated in fur the same color as Reign's and of a similar length and pattern: tawny-gold (though long-since faded by time) with black spots and ringlets. It seemed to be molded into a shape: a hat, perhaps, or something of the sort, with a jagged quartz cluster prominent on what would have sat atop the forehead.
