Reseda sighed, a little bit annoyed that he insisted on running instead of fighting. "I thought you would at least show me the skills that I thought you had. You can imagine my disappointment in seeing you running around like a puppy." It wasn't with spite or with any noticeable intention of trying to make him mad or gloat, it was simply her speech and she said it in the same cold, monotone voice as always.
There were still a number of spells she could pick from. But he had already dodged too many of them. What spells did she have that he couldn't dodge, no matter what?
A sudden idea came to her head. Well, it was more like an old memory resurfacing. Of darkness and nightmares, of a horrible creature, smiling and screaming in her ears, in her head, in her soul. And the tiniest bit of something filling her like fire and ice. Was that emotion? Was that fear?
And with magic she didn't realize she had, she set this to Astaroth. It wasn't clear, more like images and sounds and feelings broken into pieces, but she sent it anyways. She locked onto where he was and set along the memory of the worst emotions. The fear and despair. And the pain. The pain that the monster had sent to her, she sent now to Astaroth.
Who needed imagination. She had the memory of someone's else's idea, and effective idea. There was no reason not to use it if she could.
@Astaroth
Round: 5
Attempt: scream in his mind and make him afraid (or something like that)
Defense: none
Injuries: mostly-healed stab wounds
Astaroth felt his blood run cold as everything seemed to go dark, he growled as he shook his head, feeling fear, pain, despair, the familiar feeling he'd known so long, but amplified, he whined as he staggered back a bit into the open. He snapped at the air, seeing a creature.. he faced towards Reseda.. he thought he was facing towards her, but he saw a different creature entirely, though he couldn't tell what. Adrenaline surged through his body as he grasped at the world around him with his magic. His eyes glowed bright violet and his breathing grew ragged as he focused on the creature, shattering the bones in a circle around him, throwing them wide at the creature in front of him, throwing all of the energy he could sum up into speed and force, screaming at the effort.

Round: 5
Attempt: Throw a wide array of bone shrapnel at the vision creature
Defense: none
Injuries: Burns, old scars, lame paw, bruises
Now, it seemed, she had begun to make him angry. She would have felt a grim happiness or a deep satisfaction, if she could feel anything. But she could not so she simply watched as he lost control a bit. Raising bones and pelting them towards her, just like she had done to him moments ago.
She chuckled humorlessly. He was copying her, wasn't he? "Now who's lacking imagination?" As the bones got closer, she let out a burst of magic that turned into a shockwave of energy all around her. As the bones were hit by the shockwave, they were thrown off track and fell to the ground harmlessly. If Astaroth was close enough, it was possible that he would be thrown away as well.
@Astaroth
Round: 6
Attempt: shockwave to throw everything around
Defense: none
Injuries: mostly-healed stab wounds
The instant Reseda let her mind wander the magic snapped, and Astaroth looked straight at her fiercely, he dug his paws into the bones and stared at her, his eyes burning into her, he cried out as a couple pieces of bone dug into his flesh, but he held his ground as best he could getting knocked back a couple feet before regaining his footing. "Yes, I see you've gained power, but Fool, you will not bring me down." He gnashed his teeth as he jumped forward, lunging straight at her with his maw hanging open, aiming for her neck. Sadly, he overcompensated, shooting past her and rolling as he hit the ground, bones jabbing into his ribs, hurting his lame paw even further, he yelped in pain before scrambling back to his feet, trying and failing to shrug it off.

Reseda simply stared at Astaroth as he delivered his short, dramatic speech. And she watched with emotionless eyes as he completely missed his target and instead hurt himself, falling in the bones. If she had the capability, Reseda would be laughing. But she did not so she did not laugh. Instead she simply made an observation. "You words do not match your strength."
Words didn't mean strength. Strength didn't require words. There was no use for words so Reseda said no more and instead sucked in a great breath. At her giant exhale, her magic was forced into the air. Within a couple of seconds, a tornado was racing around the two of them, although harmlessly passing around her. Bones were whipped into the air by the force of the gale and she directed it towards Astaroth, hoping to either catch him in the wind or hit him with the many bones. Or both.
@Astaroth
Round: 7
Attempt: heckin tornado
Defense: none
Injuries: mostly-healed stab wounds
Astaroth yelped as he felt bones pelt his hide, battered by the wind but not thrown. He looked at the lizard through the dust and debris, trying to focus all of his energy into a single attack, He felt energy surge through his body, Letting out a celebratory laugh as he dug his paws into the ground, holding his place while a singularity opened up on the other side of the reptile, he let it grow to the point that he could barely hold his ground, just enough that he was still able to.
"Speaking."

Injuries: Bruises, slight burns, bone shrapnel in body, extra-injured lame paw, and a VERY bruised ego
Astaroth panted lightly, swaying before catching himself. "You seem to forget..." he paused to catch his breath. "That my body is weak, after 7 cycles of being unconscious.... Fuck I'm hungry. You initiated the battle, so you tell me what it proved. I just wanted to see everything I'd missed." He glared at the reptile in front of him, his teeth bared as he caught his breath. He snickered in satisfaction at the bloody stump of what was left of her tail. Perhaps this would be a good memory for her to keep, to teach her not to mess with him in the future. He laid down on the ground, his head spinning.
"Speaking."

@Greed
"Yet you have had time to heal, I awoke mere minutes before you came across me. My body is withered, my energy waned to near nothing. I will admit, that you are very strong, but this is the most pathetic battle I have ever been in, I have never been this weak in the past." He spat some blood from his maw, leaning down to pull chunks of bone from his flesh.
"Speaking."
