"Do you live here?" Aure chirped, curious and appreciative of the guardian's offer. It was official: the little one had adopted Black as some sort of paternal figure in his life. That came naturally with the discovery of moral grey ground, of course. Start with some casual advice and end with a new legal guardian. Perfect. The hybrid figured he could at least know if this was the dog's frequent haunt, or if he really lived somewhere else; oh, possibly somewhere away from this weird, loud light-box!

As for the other so-called kings, the little one added, "I know where the green one lives, but where's Dragon? The room of mists?" Aure hoped it wasn't far from here or home. The scale of the Caves was already enormous to him, and it didn't need to be much bigger. That'd just be ridiculous, like the banana in his talons. Speaking of, he made to peel it again.

Apparently, he was holding it too hard and it exploded out of its 'hide' and all over him.

His bright eyes stared for a moment, absolutely bewildered out of his wits, before he carefully licked some of the banana's 'guts.' They tasted absolutely fantastic, and he was soon a sparkling slime- and banana-covered mess. The best way to be, if you ask me. "No buzzing! Keep an eye out for Nemean! Keep the lights on," he repeated, all worries melted away as he nibbled on the nutritious snack Black had provided for him. Aure was overjoyed to finally learn what a dang stag was, chirping and nodding --- flinging goo and banana guts everywhere --- eagerly, "oh! Thank you!" Now, he could keep an eye out for Astraea!

Watching Black pace away, Aure took to the air himself. It was hard, given the banana in his little fist and all of the muck clinging to his feathers, but Pisces was close enough. "Goodbye, Black Dog! I'll see you again, maybe!" May as well keep the door open, eh?
