Aeroth strode to the little tunnel she called home, sitting by the entrance and waiting for Aaliyah to catch up, smiling, her tail flicking from side to side impatiently.

Li looked around as they got closer to the place Aeroth called home. From what she had seen, Eridanus seemed to have recovered. There were new plants and life growing. She relaxed slightly at the sight. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad. She turned to Aeroth, a small smile on her face, as she looked at the tunnel. "So this is where you live?"

Aeroth grinned as the larger feline approached. Her ears perked up as she stood and turned to the entrance of the tunnel. ”Right in here!” She called back, walking in. The tunnel stretched out under the roots of a tree, light filtering through gaps between the wood and the earth. She had dug out a small shelf on one side, displaying some treasures she'd found in her adventures. A few gems and rocks she particularly liked, A branch she'd carved with a sharp stone into the shape of a cat, a piece of a chrysalis from one of the cubs she'd raised, a bone with a picture of a bird gnawed onto it. She laid down in a little alcove to the opposite side, watching the entrance for Aaliyah.

Li followed Aeroth into the tunnel, her long tail flicking slightly behind her. It took some time for her eyes to adjust to the light that filtered in, but when it did, she looked around. The first thing she noticed was an area filled with different trinkets. It seemed like a rather wide variety - rocks, a branch, gems, a bone. She glanced back at Aeroth briefly before continuing to look around. That didn't take long, so she soon directed her attention back to the jaguarundi.

"It's nice," she murmured quietly, smiling a little. She wondered if, had she had her own actual home, would she have collected different things she came across? What even was there to collect? She glanced back, noticing the gems and what appeared to be a piece of a chrysalis. Would she have kept the gem of Farran that she had given to Imperia cycles and cycles ago? She shook her head briefly to clear her thoughts before returning her gaze back to Aeroth.

"Thanks, Sheila.” She gave a toothy grin as she went to walk around the larger feline, close enough to brush against her as she turned and laid on her little grass bed, truthfully it had always been huge for her, she'd love to have someone else to help fill the empty space. ”You can stay here if you want, a girl's gotta have a place to stay to get past anything, a safe place to let everything go.” She smiled up at her, stretching and looking at Li, one of her ears twitching slightly.

Li watched as Aeroth laid on a little grass bed. It looked fairly comfy - the ground of Orion was usually rather hard - and she wanted to lay beside her. On the bed. Which would surely be much softer than Orion. And it would probably also be nice to lay against someone, who is even softer than the bed...

She thought of Envy then. Could she really live here with Aeroth? Did Envy miss her? Thinking about the weasel caused a pit of dread to form in her stomach. She'd been away for so long. Were they okay?

"I...I'm not s-sure..." When was the last time she saw them? The formation of...whatever group they had made. The Sinful Seven. Was the group doing well? Or had they been destroyed? She had no idea. "I...Envy...I need to make sure they're okay..." She crouched down slightly, eyes slightly wide. She could only hope they were okay. She needed...she had to leave! To find out! She stood suddenly, prepared to leave, when another thought occurred to her.

Did Envy even need her?

That single thought made her freeze. They had their group. Their "kingdom," if she remembered correctly. They'd lived for cycles without her before, and now they definitely weren't alone. She almost glanced back at Aeroth before realizing she was starting to cry. She closed her eyes, trying to fend them off, but it didn't help. She took a deep breath and turned back to the jagurundi. She looked at her and then back outside the little tunnel, torn between staying and going to check on Envy. Even if they didn't need her.
