As Wilder trotted along the path through Orion, she counted through the things that she still needed to do for the Collector. He had wanted her to go to Tunnel N - meet the Bloodberries and find out what they're doing. She needed to meet the black dog Kavish, the white tiger Bahamut, and the black wolf Astaroth. She needed to find the Children of Rot and learn about them. Well, she'd definitely learned about the Children - Dragon had actually made her one of his own! She had talked to Astaroth but it had been a short conversation. She had met Bahamut but no matter where she searched, she couldn't find Kavish. That just left the Bloodberries. Dragon had warned her that they might be dangerous but she wasn't too worried. In fact, she trotted along happily and with a great amount of excitement. She was almost done with her mission!

She continued along, completely oblivious and also ignoring the threat that was ahead of her. That she'd only find an empty cave littered with bones while the family was at war. And she was all but oblivious to the other danger that was stalking her footsteps.

Anger and hatred were eating at Reseda from within, boiling in her stomach and clouding her mind with terrible thoughts. For a while she could understand what drove Blackberry to murder so freely and pleasurably. It felt like it would be a release, a nice way to let out your anger and make someone else hurt for once.

But Reseda had never hurt before, not like this. Yes, her body had been scarred, she'd been thrown, scratched, poisoned, and half her tail crushed to a bloody pulp but never before had she been emotionally, mentally injured. This was despicable, impossible, and she hated every second of it.

But what did she hate more? Envy. Pride. The Sinful Seven. She hated them, all of them, for overturning everything she had worked for, for toppling everything she had done. For stealing her chance from right under her claws and blaming her for ruining everything! She would get back at them, oh yes she would. But for now she needed to vent her emotions.

And it just so happened that she caught the scent of a passerby. She was curled in the shadow of a rock, far from the throne. She stuck her head out and her tongue flickered curiously. A feline, a small one, she was nearby.

She didn't know what she was going for with this venture but she slowly crawled out, following Wilder from behind, silent as ever until she stopped and curled her lip. "Where are you going, little kitten?"

Wilder jumped with surprise at the sudden voice that materialized behind her and she whipped around. Before her was a lizard, a very very big lizard. Much bigger then any other lizard, besides Dragon, she had met before and she found her face splitting into a grin. It didn't matter why she had snuck up on her only that she was ecstatic to meet yet another huge giant lizard thing! "Wow! Hello! Hi, I'm Wilder! What's your name? I'm just going to the Tunnel to meet some new friends! What are you doing?"

She couldn't help, then bouncing around the lizard, sniffing one of her claws, observing the big shiny thing around her neck. "Wow what is that? Gold and sparkly! Pretty!"

Reseda was a little surprised when the cat not only turned around to say hello but began bouncing around her as if she had just greeted a long lost friend. She pulled back from the cat's nose with disgust and pulled away her claw when she tried to check it out. She snarled and backed away, warning flashing in her eyes. She was starting to regret coming up to this cat now, it was probably going to be a bigger headache then it was worth. "I'm called Greed," she spat. "But that's all you'll know about me."

She frowned, anger threatening to overwhelm her again. Why were these feeling so intense? Why were they here at all? It made no sense, she had no reasons, she could not comprehend it. She hated it, she hated it all! "Going to what tunnel? What friends? The only inhabited tunnel around here is Tunnel N and all that's there are murderers and morons!"

Wilder flinched a bit at the reptile's spitting tone and frowned when she pulled away from her touch. She was a bit hurt but she kept in mind that Indelia had said some new friends didn't want to be touched. So she stepped back, her tail swishing anxiously across the ground. But she was determined to keep a smile on her face! She was going to stay positive! "I'm sorry, I didn't mean any offense! You have a pretty necklace. And you're big and strong and amazing! Why are you called Greed?" She knew the word meant wanting things, wanting a lot of things, but she didn't really associate it with anything bad. But why someone would call themselves greed was beyond her.

She tilted her head, a little confused. The Collector surely wouldn't be sending her somewhere as dangerous as the home of murderers? "Uh yeah that's the one. I'm going to meet the Bloodberries. I hear they live there." It occurred to her that, perhaps, Greed didn't get along too well with the Bloodberries. Maybe they had an argument. "I'm sure they're okay. Aren't they a family?"

Reseda lashed out at Wilder with her claws, not intending at all to hit her, but just as a warning when she got too close. She ignored her compliments this time, just baring her teeth and hissing with both amusement and with growing frusteration. This cat wasn't worth the time. She was yet another idiot and it seemed, no matter what she did, she could not incur its anger. Or, well, anything besides her excitement. "Murderers and fools!" she repeated. "They are a scourge on the caves. They are the enemy! I am going to kill them now...and if you stand in my way I will kill you too!"

With this she barreled past Wilder, instead intending on going towards the tunnel. Maybe she would find them there, one maybe two, that she could let loose on. After all, Pride had told her that it was her job to wipe them out, right?

The claws came way too close to Wilder's nose for comfort and she squealed with surprise as she jumped back. She stared at Green with shock. Had she just tried to hurt her?! No, wait, no! She couldn't! She wouldn't! Why...why would she do that?!

And worse, now she was announcing her plan to kill them, kill the family that she was supposed to meet. She was going to kill a family! Wilder shook her head as the beast lumbered away. No...she couldn't let her! Without really meaning to, she reached out with her magic, wanting to stop her, stop her in her tracks! Just as she leaped forward, her telekenetic magic latched onto the komodo dragon and flipped her over, giving Wilder enough time to get back in front of her - between her and the tunnel. "No! You can't just go and kill them! I won't let you!"

She planted her feet apart and stood up tall, her fur puffed out to try and make herself look bigger. I did none of the sort.

Reseda had no idea that the cat had any kind of magic and was very surprise when she suddenly found herself being flipped over. She roared with protest as she smashed into the ground but wasted no time and immediately flipped herself back over. She gnashed her teeth with pleasure. It looks like she would be beating them up after all. "What did you say? You say I can't?"

Her tongue flicked. "I can do whatever I want. You'll pay for defying me!" She lashed forward with magic this time, intending on sparking that fear in Wilder, sending the power to bring up her worst memory and bring back all the pain, all the terror and horror and fear, anything bad that she associated with that time. She wanted that thought to hurt. She wanted to watch her scream.

Round: 1
Attempt: Bring up and amplify Wilder's worst memory
Defense: none
Injuries: stumped tail

Wilder was waiting for Greed to start lashing out with claws again and she had her own spells waiting at the front to defend herself should the dragon attack. But...nothing was happening. There was nothing...and then a sound whispered in her ear, a sound she had hoped she'd never hear again.

Tear the flesh from the bone. Tear the bone from the gem.

The world suddenly tremored. It didn't actually, but it felt that way to her and a loud crack sounded in her ear. Suddenly, a burning pain raced up her arm, near the large scar on her leg and she screamed just as a scream resonated in her ear. It wasn't real and it didn't feel quite real, as if it was disconnected but the memory broke the dam and the haze poured into her mind.

A surge of magic erupted from her body, scattering rocks and pebbles, sending dust flying as well as Reseda as she continued to scream, lost in her memory, lost in the pain, lost in the haze.

Round: 1
Attempt: throw Reseda with The Force
Defense: none
Injuries: incapacitated by mindscream

Reseda grinned at the scream. Her magic had worked, taken hold, just as it had on Baneberry. But she kept screaming...it was incoherent, staring straight ahead, blank eyes...as if screaming had now become the default, her silence. It was confusing and Reseda didn't know what was going on until the pulse of magic threw her off her feet once again. With a cry she was flung away and landed harshly on her stomach, knocking the wind out of her. She lifted her head and tried to direct a boulder to fling her way, but she was beset by a dizziness, probably from the whiplash of being flung twice and so suddenly. She was left open and vulnerable on the ground.

Round: 2
Attempt: pick up a rock and throw it at her
