The Cheetah dozed.

This was a beautiful spot--one of his favorites. The Cliffs allowed him to overlook the rest of the kingdom, to observe the comings and goings of everyone else. Watch as Envy skittered here and there, little more than a green ant. As Pride strutted around, surely doing as Envy bid. Charity and Dread did their own things, and he hummed, eyes half open, idly wondering what they were doing.

So long as they didn't touch his things, he didn't really care. He was allowed to do as he wished, and so he stood to the side, watching the Kingdom's cogs curiously, forming his own thoughts and opinions. Pride was clearly the true ruler--the one who held the reins. Envy was merely a figurehead, an anxious little weasel who somehow managed to convince Pride to make him be their leader. How, he wasn't sure, but he wanted to find out.

He blinked, slowly, drowsiness overtaking him. A yawn bared sharp teeth, and prompted a growl. Surely a nap wouldn't be too out of line, would it? He had all the time in the world to ponder. So he rested his head on his paws, eyes half closing, watching the residents of the Kingdom going about their days beneath him.

Zothra pranced around in Orion, her new home belonging to her group The Sinful Seven. The young cheetah was happy that Envy let her into the group. She felt very important, and that made her feel good. As she was prancing around, something caught her eye. It was a older male cheetah, and he looked just like her! A mischievous grin formed on the little cub's face. She crouched down and attempted to sneak up behind the older male. She would then try to headbutt him at his side. "Hey! Wake up!" The cub was only 2 cycles old and had no sense of personal space. Boy did she have much to learn.

At some point, the King Cheetah must have dozed off.

His sides moved slowly as he breathed, and a low rumble of a snore sounded in his chest. His tail twitched from side to side, and he was unaware of the newest member of the Sins approaching him.

At least, until she got close enough to him as to be in hearing range. His ears twitched, and his tail stilled for a moment, before beginning to tap. Golden eyes opened a slit, peering at the kitten, before closing again, allowing the cub to sneak up on him.

She rammed into his side, and he "Oomph"'ed, raising his head from his paws and turning to face her. His crown gleamed as it was hit by the light, and he shifted to sit up easily, tail tapping. "That is rather rude, you should know. Waking someone up, touching them without their permission." he reprimanded her gently.

But then he blinked, giving her a polite smile. "You are Zothra, are you not? It is a pleasure to finally meet you; my name is Reign."

Zothra cocked her head to the side as Reign spoke to her. Looks like her name was getting around already. She sat with her chest puffed up as she spoke to the cheetah called Reign. "Yep, I'm Zothra all right. Sorry for pouncing on ya. You're just the first and only other cheetah I have met besides myself. I wish I was as big as you so I could run faster though. Since I'm so little, I can't run at my full speed. Which really sucks." With that said the cheetah cub took a quick look around, before setting her gaze back onto Reign. "Hey Reign, I'm really bored. That's another reason why I pounced on you. Is there anything to do in Orion? By the looks of the structures here, it looks like creatures used to live here. Do you know the lore of this place?" Zothra turned her head to the direction of where Envy's throne was. There had to be some story behind this place.

The King Cheetah could immediately tell this one's Sin: Pride. She sat with her chest puffed out, head high. And her way of speech was rather bold.

"Do not worry about it, cub. We are all still learning, are we not?" his brow furrowed in thought, and he said "I have never noticed, but I can not say that I have ever met another cheetah; so it is a pleasure to meet you, as well." his tail tapped, and he twitched his ears, a low hum in his chest. "I am sure you will be able to run very fast, some day. Perhaps we shall race." he nodded. Yes, they would.

"You are bored?" he echoed, a faint laugh in his voice. "You could always practice your Magic," he gave a demonstration, crown gleaming brightly as a loud crack of thunder echoed inside of Orion. "What type of Magic do you use?" he asked curiously.

Tilting his head, he looked over Orion. "Hmm, there is plenty to do. The structures are rather interesting to explore--just stay out of that one Tower, it is mine." he gestured towards his tower. "You could always claim one as your own, decorate it to your liking. If you wish, I could take you to a Tunnel that is full of interesting things, I have decorated my den with many beautiful items I found in there." His eyes went half-lidded as he thought, and he shook his head. "I am afraid I do not. However, there are a few Gembound in the Caves who may, and you could always ask a Gembound who is capable of looking into the past if they would look into Orion's past for you."

Zothra jumped to her feet at the thought of a race. Though she knew she was too little now to race. "When I am big and grown up, I'll run circles around you!" Her tail lashed with determination. She calmed down some when Reign mentioned practicing magic. She answered him proudly. "I have electricity magic. Maybe I should practice it more." Zothra focused hard for a moment, then suddenly sparks of electricity jumped between different points of her body. After a moment it stopped. "Though it would be fun to find things to decorate a structure, I would rather find someone who know of the lore in this place. But you're right, maybe I should practice my magic more." She sat down with her tail curled around her as she looked up at Reign curiously. "Hey Reign, do you think I could be a warrior of the Seven one day? Or maybe someone important?" She really hoped she would be important.

The Proud twitched his ears as he watched Zothra jump around, grinning fondly. "I cannot wait, then." He had never been one for frivolous activities, but a race was a good way to exercise, to test one's abilities, so he would alow it.

His tail tapped, and he inclined his head, watching as she cast sparks across her skin, "As do I; you can never practice your Magic too much." Sparks danced across his own pelt, showing off his own Magic.

She asked after her future, and he tilted his head. "Perhaps, I suppose. Cheetahs, we are not much made for fighting. If you learn many spells, then you could use them to fight, but using your body to fight would not be a good idea. But yes, you can surely become someone important."
