Dragon pushed up to plod after the others. His twisted hind leg dragged in the mud behind him.

"Come with us, Phlegethon, for now," he rumbled, thoughtful. "Best if we know where to look for them if we need them. And then we can both hunt," he added.

After a few moments of trudging, his laziness--and impish streak--took over; a flicker of magicka and he began to change. Ethereal, dark horns twisted back from his head, giving him a draconic appearance, and wings spread from his back, flashing black and red in the dark. He rose up with a soft thump of magical wings and hovered there--lazily letting his magicka carry him along.

Phlegethon felt the lilting movement of a small voice, shuffling paws - the seeming second leader of this strange gathering - and cracked its jaw open to give the little creature a cursory look. It must be impossibly light, as it had to focus deeply on its movements to follow blind.

"We will follow, then," it thrummed lightly, amicably, keeping its jaw cracked open and watching the linsang move along. The slime-beast followed along, slinking rhythmically through the shallow water at the swamp's shores.
