ORIGIN

Leon is a grizzly bear with a heart of gold currently residing in Pisces and is a Scout for Maji Walezi. He's got a bit of a hero complex - Leon is pretty selfless and will throw himself in the face of danger to protect his friends. While Leon isn't entirely fearless, he is pretty reckless. His purpose is to protect and guard others, and will turn out to be a powerful warrior as he ages. He tends to reserve fighting for situations when it is absolutely necessary, as he fears harming his friends with his magic. Leon is completely ruled by his emotions, thus often falls victim to his temper. However, this means that he also loves greatly. Those who find a friend in Leon will find a loyal friend for life.

Current Plots: Leon has distanced himself from Maji Walezi, mistakenly thinking that its for the best that he leave Makyna with Cancer. He's currently hanging out in Orion with Zetos, but will soon return to Maji Walezi for an epic fight with Cancer.

Ghanyarah is a komodo dragon with a heart of stone residing in Cetus. He has trouble getting in touch with his emotions, and as a result is seen as being rather callous and cold towards others. Ghanyarah's primary motive is survival. He will manipulate, exploit, and try to control other Gembounds in order to increase his survival. Ghanyarah had once struggled with being "prey", rendering him fearful of larger animals, especially predators. However now that he's started to gain some size, he's beginning to realize that he can be a lot more dangerous than he thought. He's starting to practice magic, and having learned how to swim thanks to Dragon, will be lurking the waters of Cetus. Ghanyarah is still a rather solitary creature, but in the future he will find he prefers companionship and will surround himself with other Gembounds.

Current Plots: Living in Cetus, has formed a kinship with Dragon and seeks to learn more about Aquarian. Practicing magic. Occasionally visited by Arkrael and Temoria, who both act as catalysts to his desire for companionship.

Possibly leading or holding a high rank in a group so that he has control over others - long term idea, though. Short term idea: He recently learned his name and refers to himself in third person, but I'd REALLY like for somebody to confront him and tell him how he talks is stupid, so that he kind of gets over it and starts talking in first person instead. :P




Magdalena is a borzoi dog with a heart of glass residing in Monoceros and is a member of The Merrymen. She is fragile, suffers health issues and is blind. Because of this, she is highly dependent on others, especially her "mentor", Louie. She is a parasite, using her bacterial magic to infect others so that she can monitor them, leech their life, or see through their eyes. At the moment, Magdalena loves deeply and does not understand the repercussions of her actions. She will soon realize that she hurts those she depends on, and will eventually come to feel nothing for her hosts or anybody else.

I need hosts! Let me know if you want Mag to parasitize your character! After she accidentally harms Louie, she'll abandon the Merrymen so that she can go off and parasitize other characters. Then she'll lose all feeling for others and rejoin the Merrymen.
