ORIGIN - Fireflies

The little furry creature scampered to the monoceros today. Cancer was definitely going to chew off her ears for her shenanigans but ever since her recent appointment to Coordinator, Quix sure was going to make full use of her post and that meant adventure time to widen her horizons! It had not been too long ago since she’d met Rhone, Makyna and the cute little fluff ball called Timby, whom she had offered her grub to (though now she knew he preferred grass). She hoped to meet him soon. Maybe he’d be around this area? Tail wagging with contentment and joy, the fennec fox dropped her body into one of the gorges and started to walk through it without a goal in mind. Her large furry ears twisted and flicked, ready to detect any interesting sounds!

Today, Timby had been doing what he always had been doing, wandering around. This time however, he hadn't had a goal while wandering, just the stillness and the wonderful scene that had been the caves. During, this leisurely walk he saw something in the distance.. something.. furry. He had walked up to the furry figure and saw that it was one of his friends! It was Quix!

Man, he couldn't wait to tell her about things like the beast and the fellow sheep. He probably wouldn't be able to explain them too well though. Both were pleasant and unpleasant surprises. He decided he should note her of his presence. "Hi Quix!"

Quix snuffed the air. It was dry and gritty and airy and stale all at once. The gorge protected the wind from whipping her fur around or rather, even swirling her with it. The girl was sure that the twister had enough power to launch her into the air and down again. Her surroundings were currently safe though. And so, she continued to pace forward aimlessly but in a lively manner. Nothing much could get her down.

Just then, she heard the sheep call out to her! Quix immediately spun around, baby blue eyes widening in surprise first, then glee! ”Timby! Oh Timby Timby Timby!” she yelped in joy as she dashed around his little lamb feet. "I’m so happy to see you!” She exclaimed, utterly excited and stimulated. When Quix was done running around the sheep in excited circles, she gathered her little muscles and hopped onto the sheeps’ back. The wool was so fluffy and warm, she could cuddle it all day with a contented smug smile. The girl kneaded her paws onto his back, easing out his back muscles. Also, she attempted to conjure her magic for her sheep friend. Life must be tough for little ones so she should help!

As she conjured up fauna cleanse, good bacteria gushed like a great cloud into not just one, but both of their systems! Timby should feel very healthy now with any minor sickness cured. He should also feel very much stronger from the cleansing of his insides, as did Quix. Invigorated, she giggled and prompted Timby, "That felt great didn't it!"

She seemed to be pretty excited so excited she jumped on his back. Thank goodness she wasn't any bigger or else this almost would be like an attack. She seemed to use a spell while on his back, it seemed to heal him. She asked him if he felt better and he agreed."Yeah, I feel much better." "So what have you been up to recently?" he asked.

The sheep was rather nonchalant about her hyper-activeness but Quix didn’t really care. She decided to lie down, and so snuggled onto his wool, four limbs tucked in and wail curled around her. Large ears rested against her skull as Timby responded, then asked her what she was up. "Maji Walezi,’ was her dreamy answer. Her mind flickered to the huge waterfalls, the fluffy birbs and food and companionship…just then she had a thought. "Say Timby,” and here she rolled onto her belly, "Ever wanted more friends?”

The Fox had seemed to get comfy in Timby's wool, he guessed he would have to get used to this. Then she asked him if he would want more friends.. He responded with"I guess a few more friends couldn't hurt, the more the merrier." He just hoped none of them were vicious and terrifying. Or that only one rests in his wool at a time.

The girl wagged her tail as the sheep replied her that he wouldn’t mind more friends. Her swishy tail thumped against his wool. "You should visit Maji Walezi then! Maji Walezi has a waterfall, everyone protects and helps each other, it is simply lovely.” She giggled and waited again, to hear if Timby was keen on this offer or not. If they were, she would point him the direction and then Cancer daddy could keep watch over Timby the sheep and make sure he was safe! Then she’d get to play with him too and get lots and lots of wool.

Timby had heard some things about Maji Wallezi and the things he heard were ~~mostly~~good. He also didn't have much else to do seeing as he only wandered non-stop maybe visiting this group will be somewhat adventurous he didn't need anyone to tell him that this would be a fairly new experience. How could he not accept an offer like this?

After she told him about MW she seemed to eye his wool in a weird way.. but he decided that probably wasn't too important right now. Ignoring her odd glance he accepted here"Sure I'll visit, just point the way we'll go."

The sheep agreed to visit! "Yay Timbly!” She giggled, and then sat up straight onto his back. He was now her ride! They could head home, and she could snuggle up in Cancer’s pouch and then jump back onto Timby’s back and snuggle into his wool during colder nights. It sounded like heaven to her. Oh, but wasn’t fate shining on her now! Right, she had to be leader now. The girl cleared her throat, then spoke in a more efficient, crisp tone. "Off we go then, to Pisces! Come, Quix show you the way. Mush ahead!” she yipped from atop her ride, waiting for him to move!
