Lord Dhracia's visit had not gone unnoticed by anyone with enough magic sense to know Her and feel the presence she Commanded just by entering the caves. Lorekeeper herself had certainly felt it, but opted to curl herself further into the wall, hiding at best as she could.
However, when the energy of Jupiter vanished, her cowardly little heart tugged at the memory of the centaur—and, more importantly, her friend Tamulus. Jupiter had visited her, yes, and they reminisced; and Jupiter told her of all the things they had accomplished on the surface, of how Tamulus had been well, et cetera.
Slowly, her head peeked from the edge of the bone fortress of which she lived. If Jupiter were gone, had she left anything behind in her own den, hidden in the labyrinth of the Chambers? Lorekeeper was desperate to know, desperate to find anything to old on to. Jupiter had bestowed upon her one precious feather that she cherished beyond all meaning. It was white, glimmering with a gold shine, and charged with a static that she missed dearly. The gift of the familiarity of his magic meant everything to her; she could not express how much she appreciated it, or how lonely it made her feel. She knew that Jupiter had more and was making arrows with them, but what else did she have? Were there things to be found in her den?
She struggled—a slender, spindly purple body dragging itself across Canis, desperate to reach the Chambers. Slogging through water and bones, she stopped frequently to pant and rest, before moving again, only to fall, again, into the water. Were there more relics of Tamulus? Could she find them?
Maybe one of the Canis residents could help her reach the heart sooner. Her head lifted, many eyes blinking as she surveyed the area before—"Heeeeelp!"
But as her lungs emptied, she collapsed wholly into a pool of water where she gasped for air and struggled to stay awake. She took on water and coughed, unable to move any further, even if just to free herself from drowning in a foot of water. "Heeruspslp...heeehsplsplp..." came her gurgling voice, quieter each time until her consciousness faded and she was lost to her own exhaustion.
(RIP my roll thanks a lot website) -- Anyone is free to join this thread, but if your character attempts to save Lorekeeper, they must roll at least a barely successful in doing so.
