Shango deemed Ahlf small, and without thinking the kitten immediately corrected with "I'm Ahlf"-- but wait, wasn't that just like saying "I am" but for someone else? Ahlf had gotten that wrong before, right? Was this Shane Go indecisive as usual? Or was Shane Go just... making an observation? "Small" was the opposite of "big", yes? Ahlf didn't know how they knew that; they just chalked it up to being awesome. What wasn't awesome was how they'd corrected Shane Go when Shane Go might've not actually needed to be corrected again. Hm... well, maybe it was just safe! If it was a problem, Shane Go would use the tone used previously before to denote agitation, like with the crocks (which were still crocks by the way, in Ahlf's mind).
The big crystal was far. Either it was called Far or it was whatever "far" meant. Ahlf felt like "far" meant they'd have to travel to it. So maybe it was named after that? Wait no, was this another observation again?! THIS WAS TOO CONFUSING!!! Ahlf was just going to name the thing what they felt was best and assume Shane Go was making observations now. The crystal was called a crock. They had to travel to it. Ahlf was Ahlf, and Ahlf was small, so Ahlf would climb on Shane Go and they would go. See? Much easier to make snap decisions based on minimal information.
Without a question, Ahlf would do their best at scrambling up the wing and onto Shane Go's back. Once Ahlf had, in a sense, securely (for the most part) "boarded their ship", or perhaps more like "mounted their steed", they mewed loudly, with an attempt at valiance, "We go!
