Mevoh was busy ripping apart and eating a poisonous lesser gembound snake. Mevoh loved eating poisonous snakes. It was her favorite food to eat after all. Secretary birds were one of the few creatures who were able to expertly hunt and kill the most dangerous of venomous snakes. Mevoh was a tall bird like all her species were. She had a sharp beak, and sharp talons on her feet. Mevoh also had a killer kick with those tall long legs of hers. As she ripped apart the snakes to pieces, her food was a grim reminder of what she was capable of. Secretary birds were one of the most famous birds of prey. And Mevoh was proud of this.

Sorda didn't like the cold and dampness of Pisces, but it was interesting in other ways. Mainly, the massive waterfall that crashed down into an equally massive lagoon. Where did all that water come from? It crashed down from a hole in the ceiling, but what lied beyond it? This question had been eating away at her for a while, but she knew better than to foolishly try something without doing at least a little research and preparation.
Such research and preparation, which she had meant to do now, was interrupted by a large avian gembound she's never seen before. Eating a SNAKE. She knew full well about gembound with strange diets, but to her at least, snakes were to be avoided, not to be eaten.
Food choices aside, maybe this gembound lived here and could help her out? It was worth a try, in any case.
She fluttered closer out of curiosity, watching the gembound for a moment or two before speaking. "Well, Hello." She'd say, feeling suddenly nervous, Why was she so nervous? "I hope I'm not interrupting something. Do you live here? In Pisces? I'm.. researching something, and I was wondering if you could help."
