Tahi returned his attention to the throne, quickly losing interest (in Aran, anyway). He didn't know why everyone in the Caves was so opposed to talking! It drove him mad, honestly. When he asked interesting questions, most folks gave very simple answers (like "oh, it might belong to this Super Important Character who you keep hearing about, because he's big and no other reason"). Needless to say, Aran's answer kind of annoyed him, but he didn't say anything in the interest of being polite.

A wallcrawler started to creep over one of his hooves, and he looked a little defeated. "Maybe I'll come back with Pride when there's not golems around. He might have magic that could explain this."
