Two New Skins And Some Maintenance!
Two New Skins!
Two new skins have been added to our lovely collection of skins for you guys to use! Heavy Dirty Soul and Salvation were both made by Madison. Salvation is our new default skin!
Activity Check and Member List
With the conclusion of our activity check, the OOC Member List has been updated. We removed members that haven't posted (with the exception of some members that actually recently posted in threads, but not in the activity check). We've also updated the member list with some members who previously weren't on it, but its very likely that the member list still isn't completely up to date. Please check it over and post on that thread in order to update your characters!Magic Levels Poll
We are implementing some changes with regards to advancing magic levels, so please check out the Magic Levels Poll and vote for your preference! We will be implementing the option that receives the highest amount of votes, but you are also welcome to post your opinion and suggestions!Guidebook & Magicka Updates
The History, Settings/Lore, and Quest List pages have been updated! We have also added a new rule: 010. What's Dead Is Dead. This restricts players from transferring magicka and spells from inactive characters to active characters, as it gives an unfair advantage to the active character. We are slowly working to implement these changes in the script and prevent people from doing it at all, but this is just to let you guys know that if you are caught doing this, you will receive a warning. Also, new registrations have had their automatic magicka removed. Now, new accounts will only receive 50 magicka upon having their profiles accepted. This is to prevent people from making accounts only to transfer the magicka to their current characters. Referrals will only net people 5 magicka instead of 20.
Thread Sweep Complete
The thread sweep has been completed. All threads that haven't been posted in since June 20th have been archived. If you'd like to unarchive a thread, please make a request in the Update Me! thread.Reminders
As usual, we'd like to remind you guys about a few threads...Vote for Origin!
At the bottom of the index in our affiliates section we have a button for Animus Top 50. If you'd like to help out raising awareness about Origin, you can click that button and vote for us! Of course this isn't necessary, only a small favor to Origin should you choose to do it.
Quest: The Beast's Best Friend
The Beast is still looking for pieces of his friend! So far he has found two pieces, but the others are still out there! Can you help him find them?

If something interesting is happening in your thread, send a PM to the Origin Cave account or alert the staff in the cbox. We'd love to cover it in the current or next issue of The Cave Report!
